I would have shot this buck, but it probably won't make p&y! It would have been a monster in a few years, but wouldn't have made it that far, cuz of all the dumb asses coming to Iowa, and fucking stuff up! Not that I care, cuz WI, is alot better than Iowa's flat-nothingness!!!!!

this deer hadgreat character and deserves to be mounted but my grandpa and i made a rule of thumb that the deer gets mounted if it grosses over 150 uunless it was a like a 125 with drop tines and the buck in the video scored 130 or so, so im not getting it mounted

i think i already commented on this but ill do it again any way. that is a great 2.5 or 3.5 yr old buck, had he had made it another 2 yrs or so ud have ur self a record book deer. 130 at 2.5 means great genetics. congrats. personally he looks bigger than ur grandpas buck. didnt his score more?

well this deer grossed 135 and netted lower than his but mine is a little bigger and i was talking to someone today that hunted the land years ago and said he saw a 190 class typical up close but he was suqirl hunting so the genitics are still there

Thanks. I love how where you live that's not a great deer, but where I live that deer is a trophy! A few years ago a guy at camp got a wide 6 point and that was a nice deer for our area. The deer would get bigger, but everyone seems to like to shoot 4 pointers for some reason haha. Oh well its still lots of fun.
