@kurtster3 you are absolutely right. I've played some of the other courses at Bethpage and I sometimes walk past the Black course to get there. The course is so difficult, that it is necessary to have a 'warning' sign The sign reads :"WARNING: The Black Course is an extremely difficult course which we only recommend for Highly Skilled golfers."

well im 17 and my handicap is +1.5 and my low on the black is 72 from the whites and 76 from the blues.... it was a hell of a round. but the course is sick and is def worth playin!!! its cheep too

@steamingpoopfart This is not true....it all depends on what the course is rated at. it can be a par 72, but rated at a 75. so if you shoot an average of 73.5 then you are a +1.5 handicap.
