@Iceyblade It looks like he used some relaxed film burns. You can find them on youtube and else where on the internet. You may have seen them in skate and freerunning/parkour videos before.

@Iceyblade I did that in Vegas. I took a random clip, slowed it down, added a heavy blur, messed around with the colours and light and added it on top of the vid, and set the layer property to lightning, i think.
