  • i cant find the full episode does someone have it i have looked everywhere! ??

    xx

  • Looked everywhere!!

Can`t find the full episode, can some1 please upload it!?

    many thanks xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  • Israelians sound like Americans

  • @rukzrox They`re not from Israel, they emegrated from America, i remember from when the full episode was available to watch; that`s why they have an american accent x

  • @gulemmable oh..no wonder, oh ok thanks

  • Where the hell can you watch the full episode?

  • @mohammedraja786 It might be on BBC iPlayer but other than that I don't really know

  • The dad came on time and sorted that Gemma out..Thank god!! :/

  • It's bad that she bought her parents into the arguement, but that attitude is just terrible. PS - Anyone know where I can watch this online for free~? BBC3 took it down..........

  • The mum is being unreasonable. People can see your arms. Big deal!! Would you rather they were cut off? Well said Gemma, I would have said the same thing if soeone was like that towards me.

  • @eastender86

The parents are told to treat the kids as they would their own, so they have to live by the same rules. That ridiculous comment you made about the arms being cut off shows that you just don't get it at all

  • @HollyApple777 Well ok then, but I still think she's being unreasonable. I remember this episode and they say it's sinful for people to be able to see their arms. We've all got arms so what's the big deal if people see them. I would have felt just as cross as she was if anyone was like that towards me.

  • @eastender86

It was never said that it was "sinful" to show arms! I just don't see the problem. If you are staying in someone's house and they want you to do something as simple as covering your elbows, what's the big deal?

Also, this " We've all got arms so what's the big deal if people see them" isn't an argument. We've all got the same body parts, but we don't go flashing everything to everyone.

  • Aww, the dog ~

  • I would have ripped into the mum as well after that comment, I thought it was a little bit out of order having a go at Gemma' parents, but I can see her point.

  • I'm sorry, if she said that about my parents (who have brought me up respectivly) I would go crazy! I'm sorry

  • @16nwb1

But if that is the case then you wouldn't have been rude in the first place and the Mum wouldn't have needed to say anything.

  • @HollyApple777

Yeah, that is true and I do agree that she was rude and I agree with you, but I woud still say something if the mother said that to me. Lol, soz.

  • That girl is a rude bitch and she needs to grow up, the woman was not rude and did not offend her parents in anyway but for real her parents bought her up to be a spoilt bitch so maybe she should shut the fuk up and listen .

  • Wow, she is beautiful.

  • yeah buuuut....she's well fit

  • @11Gibb11 she ruins that by her attitude

  • why is she crying :L

    pethetic woman

  • @imnokoolkid

"Pethetic woman" - I don't think so. Pathetic is someone who watches a three-minute clip and thinks they can judge someone like you did. Pathetic is someone who can't even spell the word.

  • Where can you watch the full episodes of this, been looking everywhere and still cant find it!!

  • im a teen and if i went there and someone was telling me what to wear i'd refuse because i belive your personality sines through what you wear its not their place to say that and wtf community norm? who gives a monkeys what they do its up to her to wear what ever she wants. but if was going to church or summin id dress a bit decent.

  • She tells her if she doesn't comply she's out but when she does leave she tells her not to leave or she'll call the police?

  • Comment removed

  • @MerciX1001

    @hunnybear20

No, not "in plain error". Not a "dumass" (sic). Just people who have read history books and know what they are talking about.

  • @HollyApple777 Definetly in plain error. (:

  • @MerciX1001

Based on what? Seriously, tell me where you get your information and I'll check it out. Deal?

  • @HollyApple777 Let me ask you two questions and answer me honestly. 1. Do you believe that the Palestinian people are being oppressed right now?. 2. Do you believe that they HAVE been occupied, regardless of whether this land belonged to Jews a long time ago. Whats left of Palestine is Gaza and the west bank answer those two questions honestly.

  • @MerciX1001

Yes, absolutely, the Palestinians are oppressed. For example, in Jordan the government began taking back citizenship from Palestinians because they are worried there will be too many of them in the country. Nearly half the population is Palestinian. This meant the Palestinians were stateless and couldn't get passports, couldn't vote, had no right to education or welfare and couldn't get jobs.

  • .@HollyApple777

    2) In the Lebanon, P'tinians r not allowed to work in 50 jobs-e.g. as physicians, journalists, pharmacists or lawyers.

In Egypt, P'stinians have to pay in foreign currency to go to uni. Egyptians don't pay.State media showed Palestinians 2B ungrateful & not needing sympathy or help. Companies wishing to employ P'stnians have to get work permits&r allowed to employ a small no. only. P'stinians are not allowed to stay out of Egypt too long or they will not be allowed to reenter

  • @HollyApple777

There are many situations 2 describe, but YT's limit on letters makes it imposs.EGs are Iraqi P'stinians stuck in no-man's land betw Iraq (which targeted them) & Syria who won't let them enter.

However, Arabs (women too-doesn't happen in many ME lands) in Israel can vote. There are Arabs in the Knesset, Arabic is an official lingo in Israel, Arabs can attend Israeli schools, get medical treatment, etc. It is true there are restrictions in Gaza & the West Bank, & why? Security.

  • @HollyApple777

If you have people intent on blowing you up, it is natural that you have a higher level of security. Read about how happy Arabs in PA areas are. Not all are happy at all. Christians living in PA areas are being persecuted.

According to the UN, Arabs living in Israel enjoy a higher standard of living than in Arab countries (maybe with the exception of Dubai, Oman, etc).

  • @HollyApple777

So now I have answered one of your questions, it is your turn. Why do appear to be concerned about the Palestinians in Israel only, when so much bad stuff going on in Arabic countries?

  • @HollyApple777 Do you believe they have been occupied? and do you believe that despite a few they mostly suffer horrific abuse done by israelis? I am not asking in other parts of the arab world. I am asking in 'Israel' and whats left of palestine. I do understand about the high level of secuirty .Please answer these qs without dodging past them.

  • @MerciX1001

The last international legal territory allocation including the West Bank and Gaza Strip occurred with the League of Nations Mandate for Palestine. This recognized Jewish national rights in the whole of the Mandated territory including the area later renamed Jordan. These rights were preserved under the United Nations as well, according to Article 80 of the UN Charter, after the termination of the League of Nations in 1946. So, are they occupied? No.

  • @MerciX1001

There is no perfect country, but why everyone obsesses over Israel and ignores what happens in other countries is just beyond me. Look at your response to what I wrote first when I was apparently "dodging" the question. It was along the lines of it doesn't matter what happens to Palestinians elsewhere, what about how they are treated in Israel. No, I do not believe that they suffer "horrific abuse" in Israel ->

  • @HollyApple777

I do believe that in certain areas they feel restricted, but the reasons for that are obvious. When u have people such as Wafa S. I. Bas or Hamed A-K. H. A. Lihiya using medical reasons to enter Israel & then trying 2 blow people up u can understand why people are checked & double checked before entering Israel. Sure mistakes are going to happen & people who might genuinely want to get to Israel might not be allowed in. That happens everywhere. RU now going 2 answer my questions?

  • @HollyApple777 Im sure people do not just criticise 'israel' because there are alot of other backward countries. What I am upset over though is why people cannot criticise whats obvious. Even religious jews are criticising those zionists. And thats what I love to see. I am british and I ciritcise my government constantly.A true patriot is one who is willing to be honest about its countries faults and evil acts. Thanks for fInally answering my question. although I disagree...

  • @MerciX1001

It isn't a case of "finally answering" your question. I answered it. I didn't say people criticised Israel because of other backward countries. That makes no sense. I asked why everyone is so focussed on everything Israel does and ignores things in other countries. As I said there is no perfect country. Every country has its faults-some have more serious faults than others. I've been to Israel and I loved it-it's a great place. (See part 2)

  • @HollyApple777

U see things that u wdn't expect ("thanks" to the media)t o see such as Israeli soldiers playing marbles with Arabic kids. I loved Jerusalem. The Arabs and the Jews were incredibly friendly. We were in Mea Shearim at Shabbat-great place. Old Jericho was incredibly poor, but in the poorest part the people were lovely. In the less poor part the old people were lovely but the youth just plain scary & I was practically kissing the ground in relief when we got out of there. (Part 3)

  • @HollyApple777

Part 3- I was questioned for 30 minutes on leaving Israel. The border guards weren't friendly or unfriendly. I completely understood why. Yes, there are extremists on both sides, yes, mistakes are made by every1. As happens in all countries all over the world.

For media bias.Think of Gaza. How often was Egypt's shut border to Gaza mentioned?Never. Israel was constantly criticised tho. As soon as Egypt opened the border that nobody knew was even shut, it was "good old Egypt".

  • @HollyApple777 I dont think there is any point conversing with you really. I asked you those two questions to get your honest opinion to see if we had a bases for a discussion. Based on your answers I dnt believe we could. Thank you however for having a cvivilised conversation, you dont usually get that on youtube. Have a great day.

  • @MerciX1001

I spent ages answering yr questions & u didn't answer any of mine. I knew that would happen. You're right though, there is no basis for discussion - ´1 person answers all the questions & the other point blank refuses makes it a bit difficult to discuss. YT's character limit also makes it difficult-I spent loads of time cutting down my answers & cdn't write all I wanted to.

I too am glad it didn't get to a slanging match though. That certainly happens too much on YouTube.

    See you.

  • I don't like how they always moan at Gemma for losing hope or giving up - when the mother was quick to threaten her with "you're out."

  • Omg I Acted Jus Like Herr Wen A Teacher Said That 2 Me :O

  • The mum was wrong to mention how Gemma's parents treated her, as it's none of her business. But Gemma's reaction was just awful. That's not gonna solve anything but I understand why someone might react like that. The Dad though did the right thing and went over to try and calm her down. Good for him (and her for that matter). If I swore and shouted like that to my parents, I would be out the house immediately.

  • @guitarman813

All that was said was that parents are judged by the way their children act.

  • drugs smoking

  • She thinks she is so tough, she will meet someone who will give her a good beating.

  • gemma is such a good looking girl...its a shame she acts in this way

  • I wonder what is going on in the mind of this great man at 0:55. Please tell me if you do.

  • This isnt israel its occupied palestine!

  • @MerciX1001

"Palestine has never existed . . . as an autonomous entity. There is no language known as Palestinian. There is no distinct Palestinian culture. There has never been a land known as Palestine governed by Palestinians. Palestinians are Arabs, indistinguishable from Jordanians (another recent invention), Syrians, Lebanese, Iraqis, etc."

Was going to put this in my own words, but Joseph Farah said it so eloquently, I didn't bother.

  • @HollyApple777 You dumass ofcourse there isnt a language called palestininian just as there isnt a language called isralian or israili! And in fact Palestine did exist and still exists but parts of it have been occupied by the israili jews back when Britain announced palestine a state for the Jews during the Ottoman Empire and they declared a state in palestine in 1948. Get a few history books, clarify and CORRECT your knowledge and stop being silly.

  • @hunnybear20

Ha, ha! You call me dumb and then you write that. Pretty damned funny. Firstly, Palestinians speak Arabic not Palestinian. That was the whole point. Secondly the region of Palestine was never ruled by Palestinians, but by Ancient Egyptians, Canaanites, Ancient Israelites, Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Ancient Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, etc.

Now YOU get some books and stop calling people dumb when you clearly have no idea.

  • @MerciX1001

And by the way, Joseph Farah is of Syrian/Lebanese ancestry.

  • @HollyApple777 Honey you can think whatever you want. I still say its occupied palestine. It will never be israel. But you mustnt forget it is MY OPINION.

  • @MerciX1001

To be honest, it isn't particularly relevant in this case anyway, because this programme was about two Israelis plus their kids helping two Brits, so politics doesn't really come into it anyway.

  • @MerciX1001 I was going to say the very same thing, except you beat me to it, well done :)

  • gemma:are you calling my parents bad parents

    me:yes i am u dumb fuck

  • @V0ltagepr0ductionsx her parents are not bad. that stupid cow was asking for it. gemma even admitted that the top was see through so she had a thick shirt on underneath. and then the mom was still being stupid and sheepish. and prejudging the way she was brought up. when what she had on was perfectly fine. so no wonder gemma lashed out. i would have done aswell. maybe id give the mom more of a chance to talk but i still dont blame gemma for being like that.

  • @jjmd2010

You are complaining that the Mum is prejudging and you are doing exactly the same by calling her stupid and sheepish based on roughly 100 hours of film which has been cut to fit a 50 minute slot. Your arguments hold no water especially when you result to insulting someone you know nothing about.

  • @V0ltagepr0ductionsx as for the comment "you have not being brought up to be respectful of adults", that could not matter less.you dont get respect just cause your an adult.you earn it just like everyone else.not everything you do is because of parents.we have got minds of our own

  • @jjmd2010

The fact that the family has taken in two complete strangers to their home to try to help them means they deserve respect.

  • @HollyApple777 i totally agree with you^^

  • @V0ltagepr0ductionsx .im nothing like gemma, and my parents are nothing like the strict family parents.but i still listen to them and they let me have a life.i only ignore them if they are being unreasonable.but that has nothing to do with my parents or how i was brought up. i could always think and make a decision on my own.unlike these strict familys

  • Is there an episode 1?

  • she is far too hot, go gemma go

  • Gemma deserved to be caned!

  • She was not insulting the parents, she was pointing out that the girl's attitude represented them and her nationality badly. She was just saying that she makes her parents look bad, not that the parents were bad.

  • In response to Mr2011's post, I wish we could go back to the "when in Rome" philosophy for Britain and we wouldn't have all the problems we do have!!!

  • @misshoneyz2dabify - I have a few questions for you... If you don't like Gemma then why did you go out of your way to find her on Facebook? There are many girls out there who wear strapless tops and bras etc to nightclubs.. right? So why pass judgement on Gemma alone? For you to say that by the age of 27 she will be overweight and have bad skin... etc, is surely passing a judgement on someone you don't know? It is Gemma's decision to live her life how she wants to and I stand by her 100%.

  • @rachneedham1 your make is atchelly banter lol she made that fucking women cry, ahaha lol at bbc telling her to go down stairs and kick off! Its banter.. Safe(Y)

  • @iaccn1f

What's that in English or any other language that is spoken by more than 1 person?

  • oi oi oiii leave it out, she's one of my best mates.

she did what she had to do. she defended her family, which to be quite honest, is exactly what was required! the bbc told her to go back downstairs and kick off, so it makes good tv. why don't you think about that before all going and judging her. yeh she's got issues, haven't we all. she's safe as fuckk.

  • gemma did nothing wrong. that stupid woman was asking for it. who cares about respecting adults. you dont have to respect people just because there adults.

you dont demand respect, you earn it. the same applies for adults. even stupid flocks of sheep like this woman

  • Obviously could've handled it better but can see why she was getting frustrated, the outfit was fine and her upbringing was being questioned all because the 'mother' only cares about what her family looks like to her neighbours.. the show is as much an insight into insane parenting as it is for british youths

  • @sheepysheepish

Wrong. The mother was told that the visiting kids had to be treated like her own kids, so that meant complying with their rules - not because of the neighbours.

  • @sheepysheepish

And if the parents' parenting is so insane, how come they have well-mannered eloquent kids?

  • God, Gemma's so pretty!

  • if i was her i would have knocked ten bells out off her if she said anything about my parents

  • i think the mother nearly cries when she says''if you don't comply you're out''.

  • Comment removed

  • i noticed the most of the episode r with english brat n not scottish bray

  • what a slefih little whore, im british and i havent seen anyone i know act like that little bitch, giving us an even badder image

  • At 1:24 the mom says "Just leave" and thats what Gemma does...so fair do's

  • Am i the only one on Gemma's side!!! The mom deserved to get shouted at!!! She said her parents brought her up badly! The mom realised and tried sending Gemma upstairs but Gemma stood up for herself! Fair play!

Gemma looked fine what she was wearing! The top was see-through but she had a blue top under-neath so????? wtf? Mom should of got a smack!!

  • @haymish1993 i agree with you! at least gemmas not a sheep and she can think for herself. she dont care what other saps think unlike that stupid woman. she was not brought up badly over the clothes she had on. her clothes seemed fine to me. im on your side 1000%

  • @JOEDEAN2008

"That stupid woman" as you called her had her reasons for asking Gemma to change. For goodness sake, she wasn't asking her to wear a burkha.

  • @haymish1993

The Mum didn't deserve it one little bit and she didn't send her upstairs for that reason either. If you stay with a family as their guest, you don't insult them and yell at them. Apart from one whole week of film was cut to fit into a not quite one-hour slot. Do you really think we all saw the whole picture?

  • Never mind the community being too strict on clothing: I didn't always dress modestly when it was hot weather, but had I been in someone else's house, during a language course for ex, I would never had dared to shout and swear at my hosts even if they had told me to cover my whole body. I would have grumbled behind their backs, certainly, but I would never have dared to insult them like that. Gemma could have said no. she signed on to going to Israel, so she should get on with it

  • 1) Why would a British teenager in his/er right state of mind would agree to go to a foreign family on the other side of the world just to learn manners?

    2) What kind of British parent in his/er right state of mind would allow his/er kids to stay with total strangers in a strange place just to learn manners?? Teach them manners in Britain for God's sake!!

  • @Amingr Maybe the teenager doesnt give a fuck about manners, just a free holiday.

  • THE COMMUNITY AUTHORITIES!

  • Is it common for Israelis to have erm . . . American accents? Just asking.

  • @R0undAboutMidnight

I think that although they are Jewish, they used to live in Los Angeles and recently settled in Israel, hence their accent

  • two imbeciles dont make a right. or sumthin

  • PAIR OF WRONG 'UNS

  • Mate, she is fit ;)

  • She aint stunning fit but daiim she aint too bad at all. Slim and bit tits, id fuck her in a heartbeat!!

  • tbh i think the girl was in the right. Maybe she should have been less aggressive towards the mother but still she was angry.

  • tbh that mother was being stupid about the way she was dressing it was completely fine what she was wearing its not like her tits were hanging out.. ffs these ppl need to get a life..

  • @l0seit

And your definition of "need to get a life" would be?

  • ..shame she looks like a pig. If you think that's sex.. I dread to think what you think is ugly.

  • Series 2 is so shitt.

  • ahhhh i love Jack ^^

  • soooo hottt

  • Having watched this episode, and seen some others it is quite clear that the fundamental unhappiness of these kids stems from a societal problem, not just an issue of bad parenting. Society in the UK (I know I live here) does not stress communal and social values. Everybody is encouraged to put their own needs & pleasures first. Kids grow up with such a sense of entitlement that they take everything for granted. Gemma is clearly an intelligent girl & has a decent and good heart. I wish her well

  • lol serves her right to try and reason with a alcoholic smoking man eater ^^

  • I feel ashamed to actually know her xD

  • she is fit, gimmer her number

  • I know that girl in real life Jenifer lions, and she is a spoilt brat who deserves a smack.

  • its gemma

  • What ever she is still a piece of shit.

  • apparantly she has changed loads

i read somewhere on the internet

she's apparantly back in college and is planning going to israel university.

And she has become more modest on her clothing

    oh well

    she is fit.

    and you know it too.

  • Dude i know her in real, she still has a mouth on her and a attitude to go with it. Not as bad as before but it's still there.

Also nah she isn't fit to me, she just seems like a overly maked up i fuck every boy girl. Aka a slut.

  • lol

so youve met her after shes come back

how do you know her? from college or what?

  • @kestral12345

    LOLL..

    You are gay!

she is fitt. & not a slut

  • @Jay12345able Nope, i just don't get dragged around life by my dick.

  • okay

  • I'm watching like now it's on tv. Good ones this is.

  • She's a bitch...it's the only word I can think of to describe her. A fit one, but a bitch nonetheless. Not neccessarily her fault, but yes, her parents did bring her up badly if that's how she behaves towards adults who she barely knows.

  • but in the end she apologiesd and that

  • Travers is a legend, and just because he wasn't abusive like Gemma doesn't make him fake. He's always true to himself, and as you don't know him, you can't say anything about him. He's a great guy and one of the best friends you could ask for.

  • Go Izzy :D

  • My housemates and I all watched the show.

We all agreed that Gemma was absolutely smokin hot and we would.

We also all agreed that the dad was epically sound - as shown here.

Finally, we agreed that the lad seemed a decent bloke and that we should invite him to join our group of friends. We want him to live with us.

  • lmao

  • lol by the lad do you mean me (jack travers) or matan?

  • omg, that was u?

  • by the lad do you mean me (jack travers) or matan?

  • Your good self of course.

  • shes sexy =P

  • I know him and I can tell you he wasnt being fake.......

  • hu the fuck are you to call him a fake! i presume u know him very well then?

  • i know him, and he isn't

  • i know the guy, nicest guy ever, least fake guy i know

    So fuck you really.

  • Ya the kind of langauge u use shows the kind of parenting you both come from really..what do u expect from kids who are raised by foul mouthed parents..you are the whole package both of u..which stinks..!

  • You need to learn the difference between the ability to think for ones self and a liberal approach, and bad parenting. Bad parenting is being too opressive or too neglective but NEVER is it encouraging freedom of thought which my parents did and i thank them for.Your close minded idiocricy makes me laugh and realise YOU are the one raised by bad parents. Things depend on the context, i swore at you because you insulted my friend not because of a "Bad" upbringing. Life isn't that black and white.

  • yeah you are soo true

    well said.

she said she has anger problems at the beginning, so that will lead to it.

  • @ormgm no your just prejudice. there is a difference. people can think and learn for themselves unlike this stupid family. i swear and do what the hell i like. but it is because i can think and decide for myself. nothing to do with parents

  • @Mr2011theyear

But how you act does reflect on your parents, whether you like it or not.

  • Of course your parents brought you up badly..!

  • That girl is a dick, shes such a dick its like shes not even attractive. seriously if after this show you still love her then you are as stupid as just some stupid whore.

  • you are not making any sense.

she isn't stupid she seems smart but she shouldnt have been arguing.

    and she is fit

  • why do some jews were suits top hats and have curly hair at the sides of there heads?

  • Wow the dad there is pretty good.

He got inside her mind very quickly.

  • How old is she? She seems younger than the other ones. I love this show!! xoxo

  • she is 16 or was

  • I completley get your point mate, I get what you mean and she is being awfully moody towards the Israeli woman, but, I also understand the fit girls perspective to( I think she's fit ;) ) , the Israeli parent is like, you're not your own person, and, she basically did insult the girl's parents which is quite a cheap shot to be honest.

  • Meh. SHe just told her the truth. The girl didn't have to be so bratty about it. OH and Gibson(Sexy beast guitars).

  • gidsonguitarrist2006: The Israeli was qt right..these british teenagers are dispicable and this reflect the kind of parenting she came from which honestly shows..its disgusting..!

  • Nice rack.

  • the man sound like a soail worker

  • She is stunning but that bitch does need to learn her manners... I wouldn't tolerate that shit coming from her in the comfort of my own home.

  • yea but would you insult her parents in the first place? theres places you go and places you dont. No need to bring the mightier than thou attitude to 'im mighter than thou parents' thats a whole new level of self-absorbtion. I wouldnt tolerate someone talking about my parents like that (though I'd react differently)

  • She was not insulting her parents. Gemma was wearing what to the lady was inappropriate and she was trying to explain why Gemma should not be wearing what she was wearing and was saying you should not wear that because it reflects badly on your parents and the family you are from. You may not agree with that and call her a sheep (which i kinda agree with - community determining what you wear is a bit nuts) but to say she was insulting Gemma's parents , I would not agree.

  • ah yes, watching again and plucky ol' gemma hear missed a vital word - that turns the whole thing around. well, anyway, if she had insulted the 'rents i'd agree but evidently, as it stands... oh dear. ne'er mind!

  • @oneki well there was nothing wrong with what she had on. that is a fact. and clothes does not reflect on how you were brought up. especially perfectly fine ones that gemma had on.

looks do not matter at all and it shows nothing. its who you are that shows how bad or bad you are. not the clothes you have on

  • @Mr2011theyear

Whether her clothes were wrong or not is actually missing the point.

She was living in the home of this family, and should have shown more respect towards them by appreciating and abiding by their wishes.

The lady did not question her upbringing because of the clothes; she questioned it because of the total disrespect shown when she was asked to change her clothes by her hosts (a pretty simple request).

When invited into someone else's family, you show gratitude and respect.
