  • Thomapyrin ist ein Kombipräparat, dass zur Klasse der nichtopioiden Analgetika gehört.. Die Wirkstoffe solcher Präparate sind meistens eine Mixtur aus Coffein, ASS und Paracetamol, so wie dieses Produkt. Vor dem Schlafengehen ist es nicht sonderlich vorteilhaft, sich so etwas einzuwerfen, da man eine, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes wegen dem Coffein, schlaflose Nacht erlebt.

    Genau so gut könnte man andere (ohne Coffein) Kombipräparate einnehmen, pure Paracetamol- oder Ibuprofen-Präparate.
