ok, i can understand Crusadermon being a royal knight because at least she was in season 4 but not Mangamon, a Knightmon, or Gallantmon in knight mode I think Crimson mode would have been more acceptable for his royal status because if he was in CM he would pretty powerful as seen in season 3 of the series.

@TheTsugnawmi2010 A better, simpler alternative is just keeping the dub as accurate and close to the original as possible. It's supposed to be a voice dubbing not a fan fiction.

This avoids problems. If a real Crusademon or Crusadermon is created, they'd have to come up with a name change for that Digimon too. They made that mistake with Scorpiomon, and in the dub, one of the Olympus Twelve is called Merukimon instead of Mercurymon.

Good thing the dub at least went back to Lord Knightmon.

Actually though, the dub now uses LordKnightmon on BoA materials (games and toys) but keeps it as LoadKnightmon on Toei of America materials (the anime and descriptions from there).

wow, if i rembember loadknightmon appeared in digimon frontier, and takuya and the others took many tries to defeat loadknightmon and the other guy i forgot him name until they reached to lucemon and they finally defeated them and miragegaogamon defeated him in the first battle, i know it was thank to the burst mode, but i like they added burst mode, and especially to the background music, if anyone knows the name of it or where i can find it tell me

To settle this matter... Look. Digimon don't really have genders.. They may "resemble" males or females wiht physical traits. But really. There aren't any. As a certain Renamon has stated before.. [Infact, I believe in the german dub, Renamon was given a MALE voice]

As for the issue on his name.. Just drop it. It's not important. Whether you call him Crusadermon, Lordknightmon, Loadknightmon, or even Rhodoknightomon. We all know they're the same guy. It does not matter. Just enjoy the show~ x-x

Everyone knows that the "no genders" thing is a mistranslation by now. Gender simply means a grammatical interpretation about if something is feminine or masculine. By definition, Ange Womon is feminine and Angemon is masculine. If you disagree, you have to redefine gender. Jijimon and Babamon were also married and then there's the Burgemon family.

Arguably, everything that's alive is also just data, and Digimon are real in the anime.

IMO it makes more sense than Gallant/Dukemon being a female. Even if you can make any armoured knight any gender. :P Crusadermon just looks like the breastplate is protecting BREASTS and Gallantmon has the hourglass figure.

they wanted to make 'Crusadermon' closer to the Japanese version, as in the japanese version of frontier she was voiced by a man. so they did it for this one, and named him 'LoadKnightmon' instead.
