  • Nationalistically speaking, Reggae is primarily a Jamaican movement. Other than that, this song sucks. No variation in rhythm... 'Ya yo' ca vaut dire quoi? Rien!

  • africa is not reggae!

  • reggae is from africa NERD

  • what country in africa is reggae from? Ignorance is a crime

  • Reggae is originally from Africa just like blues, jazz, rumba , salsa etc...The repetitive rythm of reggae music is typically African. You can find the same type rythms in traditional african music. Even rap music can be found in the griot tradition of West Africa and other parts of the continent. So- called Black music is AFRICAN music.

  • Actually you should research this a bit more, Reggae was originated in Jamaica, just because it has african influences in it doesn't mean it's typically African. Could we Afro-caribbeans get some credit for something? Not all our music originated from Africa you know, we a diverse group.

  • Whatever...It doesn't really matter anyway. Here you go: reggae has no connection with Africa. Happy now? Why you even call yourself Afro- carribbean is beyond me - or is it because you wear an afro?...You should call yourself "diverse group" just to clear things up.

    We don't care...

  • Did I say reggae had no connection with Africa or did I say that it just didn't originate there, do you need the definition for the word originate? Next thing is, the reason why we call ourselves Afro Caribbean is because we're West Indian people of West African descent. And your right, the correct word for it is creole: European and African descent so please don't friggin say you don't care cause you wouldn't have brought it up in yuh last comment.

  • Reggae is a typically African rythm, like it or not.

You should find yourself a thread for home slaves...I guess you do not know that creole (crioulo) literally means "home slave", a slave born and bred in the house. I am not really interested in whatever you are...Go hang out with some 'crioulos', make some slave babies and give us a break...

  • You Ignorant idiot, literally you're a racist PIG! People please don't listen to this nincompoop! You got some serious issues, you DISRESPECTFUL piece of nothing. Don't bother replying to this cause it won't make you sound any smarter than you already pretending to be. You FRAUD, your profile says your country is Barbados, that's a joke. Sorry for that poor island if they got uneducated ignorant people like you living there.

  • You are the ignorant idiot since you like to call yourself a "home slave" , "crioulo" or "creole". Barbados would be lucky to have more people like me and not dumb ignorant crioulos like you who think that they invented African folklore. Crioulo! This is not the slave quarters, so go somewhere else and don't come back...

  • I guess I am what I am, and i'm proud too. What does calling myself creole have to do with being ignorant? So you mean to say everyone who is of creole descent should call themself a home slave? Get real!

  • You keep bringing up this word "Slave" like it's a weapon or something? You think I'm ashamed that my ancestors were slaves? That's a F@#in part of reality I have to deal with everyday. News flash, I think everyone who's black kno their ancestors were F@#$in slaves, So how come your own supposingly country is made up of 90% Afro-Caribbean people that call themselves creole every F&*kin day of there lives? Now who's ignorant again?

  • I just tried to enlighten your thick brain about the meaning of the word 'creole'; now you might want to share that piece of knowledge with other people who like to call themselves crioulos...Go spread the message and don't come back this time; I'm sure that there are enough dumb and clueless crioulos like you out there to keep you busy for a while...

  • Those so- called African countries didn't exist 150 years ago. They were created by Europeans quite recently. Also, Jamaicans didn't originate from just one part of Africa.

  • hahahaha hell no hahahaha

  • troo bienn ! jaime troo la song!!

  • Bien , c'est du bon son. j'apprecie surtout l'excellent boulot au niveau de la video: cadrage, storyline, qualite d'image, effets visuels, editing.

    c'est bon continuons comme cela.

    peace
