  • 3rd crs ins, wcs. 85-89

  • Thanks for the great memories with this old film! I was stationed at Clark, 89-90' to combat the NPA (New Peoples Army) that organized coup attempts in 89',they killed several civilians around Manilla to include random killings of several GIs coming out of bars in Angeles at night. These bars were the best and the girls were dolls!Happy Chicks,Abby Road,Roxy,Crazy McCabes,Maverick City,For Your Eyes Only, Red Baron,Crows Nest,Tropicana-2 for 1 Red Horse night!Great times+great memories! THANKS!

  • My first trip to the philippines was in April 1989 and to Angels city the Swagman hotel was huge and many wet T-shirt Competitions & they still have the same old bus today & 8 pesos a beer.

  • Clark AB 1985-89 we called it Fantasy Island...miles and miles of vertical smiles..

  • Used to love going to the Shamrock bar.

  • everything changed.....

  • HOG festivities at clark 1988 :) today FIL festivities at clark 2007 :)

  • Is the fire empire still around? Wonder if Lisa #2 AKA Lisa the assmaster is still there from the early 80's?

  • Indeed, everything has changed here but DMZ is still there. Every year you see other things in this area, constantly building hotels and every year bar names change.

It's a great place to be, but life is hard. You must be a real man with many acceptances. I love the place!

  • Things have really changed....except the DMZ, Ticks still hangin in there!
