@59gmcratroder It has nothing to do with a different nation, its the stupid placement of the flame thrower on a lowered vehicle next to MANY flamable substances under that truck. Its a trainwreck waiting to happen, its not a matter of if it will go up, its just a matter of when. if he wants to keep it there I would extend the tips out past the fenderwell for safety purposes. When those tires catch its only a matter of before the gas tank does. Sure its neat, but be smart about it.

@HotshotMC2 im not really sure thats a cam, every time the flame pops its the motor stopping to over fill with fuel and then starting again to cause the flamethrower effect. Its a leading cause of engine failure thats why when he revs it the flame gets larger because more fuel is filling the chamber without spark.

@ECLPST Yea, it could be an over rich situation but when the reved up flames came out it looked a lot like a nitrous oxide car. They have a very unique flame. Lots of blue in it. Nitromethane flames are more red. Same with a over rich flame thrower rat rod deal. The flame is pretty well red. I'd be interested how he made that flame when he reved it up. To do the basic rat rod flame thrower deal you can just run rich and put a spark plug in the exhaust. It doesnt' even have to be crazy rich.

I think I know how he did this. My grandfather used to do this. You take a spark plug hook it to your exhaust with a battery so it sparks the exhaust and lights it.
