It was really entertaining, I even liked the song and think I might look into the band, but you're right, it didn't make sense. There wasnt a point to the video other than to showcase the anime. It didnt follow the plot, it wasnt about specific fights, and it didnt show the relationship between two characters or even the development of one character. But trust me, thats just a lot of text for one teeny thing wrong with ur movie. And by wrong I mean something that you can improve on. Good job =)

Well it's good that you're harsh on yourself, you'll improve. You're right, there is a lot of potential in this video, you matched the tune but not the beat. Could have edited more. The geass scenes were getting a bit repetitive for a 5 min song so keep in mind not to re-use similar scenes all the time. Other than that, it was a pretty nice video, good quality for video and sound made it enjoyable to watch.

Well maybe you get those small feelings of "I could have done that much better" but you have alot going here.

First, its not a damn Naruto/Bleach AMV with Linkin Park/Evena-fuck-I-cant-spell-i­t.

Second, even though it does flow along the story line, it feels right. You matched up the events real good.

In short, being a fan of both the anime and the band, and the fact that they are an unlikely pair, and that you did it RIGHT, makes it a really nice thing. So feel good about it, damnit :P

honestly it was a good video... the clips followed the flow and drive of the music and i enjoyed it as i've enjoyed all your other videos you're very talented and each video that you make is quite unique in and of itself so i wouldn't worry about it... besides i know from myself i hate my first vid but its part of the learning process so you should take what you've made and continue to grow and love making new vids

I agree with the below comment. Although I'm no expert in AMVs, my criteria for a good one are these: It's a good song and the clips are awesome. So what if they don't make sense? Who's paying attention? No one; they're all rocking out to a great song and watching awesome eye candy.

On the other hand, I've always been superficial about my entertainment, so if someone else has better advice, mine's not going to hold up. Great vid, anyway!

Wow, excellent editing!! I like that you used so much of the mecha fighting--it's very exciting & often gets overlooked in amvs. Love all the Kallen fight scenes, but if someone hadn't watched CG before, they may not realize she's in the red mech and Suzaku's in the white--maybe a face shot of the pilot after the first time the mech is introduced would help with that? But mech stuff aside, I love that you captured a lot of the most beautiful, visually striking moments in CG. Great job!
