@ismackLiLkids I sort of disagree. With all the stereotypes surrounding asians if anything, this show will benefit the asian community by counteracting and balancing many of the stereotypes asians have to deal with. Remember, asians only make up 5% of the population, most asians congregate together, which means most non-asians live with stereotypes of asians they're fed with. If this show does get picked up then at least some people will know a different side of the asian community.

All the schools I attended were predominantly white (diverse), I was actually on my freshman basketball team which was considerably white and some of my closest friends are white/arabic/mexican. Trust me, I've had "real" conversations with many of them and the most prevalent association they have with many asians are that they're "uncool"; too reserved and risk averse. This doesn't stop them from being friends with asians, but it IS their main assumption
