I think GC is wrong in thinking that everyone dislikes the US because of her freedom and wealth.

The US is no more free than the likes of Australia, NZ, the EU or most other (2/3rds) coutries on this planet. It's a myth.

She is disliked more so because a lot of the people here are ignorant about other cultures. There is no integrity here and people are not humble and they think they are the bees knees, when in fact the US people are not.

No hyperinflation. They can print all the money they want, and there will be no inflation if there is no velocity of money. Think of it as a tank of water. The Federal Reserve is pumping the water into a bucket. The first bucket= the banks. The Fed is filling this bucket up, and this bucket has to empty into the general economy bucket. The G. economy bucket is empty. The water/money isn't flowing into the G.Economy bucket, right? China will buy up commodities, and this will cause inflation.

I'm ready to revolt against higher taxes. I can't pay off debt because of my tax burden. I pay federal income tax, state income tax, property tax, sales taxes on everything I buy, taxes on my telephone and cable TV. My tax burden is about 62 cents on every dollar I make. I then have to live on the rest and try to pay off debt and hopefully put up some in savings. If I had that 62 cents/dollar in my pocket I could pay off debt and buy a new car.
