I think Drugstore would probably admit to it - they're named after the Chain's recording studio, had a record label called Honey, a song called Heart of Honey, supported JAMC on tour, I think it's fair to say they were quite heavily influenced by them, so it's a nod rather than a rip off.

@BORROVAN26 Totally agree. It's an intentional nod much like the "that baby's gone to heaven" line is a nod to a certain monkey from the Pixies.
