There are numerous ways... you hit the nail on the head. The 1st goal is to get your audience. That starts with developing a "targeted" niche based show. If you have a list, that's the first group you go after. Send them an email with a link to your show. Of course you'll also want to post your show on YouTube. I'd recommend that you use YouTube's promote a video advertising... it's dirt cheap.
