Nice tutorial, except rather than repeat the layer blending options each time, you can just "copy layer style" and "paste layer style" ...that should save you a few minutes :)

It's not a cursor, it's a thing to do with the screen recording software so you know were he his clicking etc, it is not a curser ;)
