i think this movies seems bad(i haven't seen it and it's just my opinion) ive seen alot of movies.. and i as many of my friends enjoy the bad guy being a mortal.. actually having limits, not being some Über paranormal thingy from outerspace or something, we like the bad guys to resemble us.. because after all isn't it humanity that are the bad guys?

The movie itself wasn't overly bad, but the monster itself was laughable and obviously CGI work. The chase scene where the monster rides a dust devil horse also was a bit laughable. THey should've either done a bone horse or made it at least look like a horse.

Thought William Katt (the doctor), Walter Koenig and the other smaller roles save the archaeological group were excellent. Boxleitner and his friends also makes the story at least slightly believable.
