If you've had ice/icy rain before the snow falls, if snow is heavy and wet, then no, it doesn't work well. But then, nothing but a shovel really takes care of heavy, wet snow.
i have one of them but......... its ok but we get pounded with heavy snow but... when we do get alot of snow and its like 2ft of snow it like has a hard time.. on a scale of 1-10 i would give it a 5
Those things work better than they look. When our actual snow thrower died (Bad fuel), I taped together 200 feet of extension cord and did our driveway with it. Took about 3 hours (our driveway is 180ft), but it worked better than our 6hp thrower ever did!
@aakozanoglu i havent replaced eather of them. my grandfather had it and then he gave it to me. he replaced the them 2 years ago. i dont know if he did it or had a mechanic do it. i dont know where to get the parts though
my honda hs 35 and ariens deluxe 30 eat these for breakfast. i have these because where i live we get heavy wet snow or 10 to 20 inches of power. try using this for that
i got one for xmass gave it away useless for real snowstorms and the cord no good maybe for balcony or small space but for driveway its a silly joke unless your in florida
I bought a toro CCR 2000 e and also I tried the thing today because I live in Hamilton Ontario an we got hammered with the white shut and to my suprise the thing fell apart
My grand parents have one of those but it's been sitting in their basement for 10 years because it's a pain in the ass to use. Now I have it and I use it for my deck and around the pool
Seriously, dont waste your money on this product. My folks had one years ago and the fact that Toro still sells them tells me there is a sucker born every minute. The only type of snow it can handle is powder and kess than 3 inches

ee ja sma tu modificirao.. jer je totalno pogresno sastavljena... i tek sada radi kao super produkt... koristimo je cak i za mokri snjeg.. = jos ga dalje baca.. ;)
ali modifikacija je potrebna maximalno !!!
i jedan veliki minus je sto je premala... ,a mogla je biti veca... (sira)
What a piece of junk. Save your money, buy something useful...like a 20-23'' snowblower that can actually handle a big snowfall. For light snowfalls. INVEST IN A SHOVEL! use your own strength, instead of wasting electricity. And in a big snowfall, you could have no power, so it would be useless and all it can handle is 5'' tops. It doesnt blow it far enough, and in wet snow, it would just plug up, or burn out the motor/fuse.
You lazy americans :-P
I would be faster with a shovel AND it's healthy!

Can you use it for heavy wet snow? If we have only powder snow, I guess no problem with that.

Ok you people are stupid. For god sakes get a job an buy a real snowblower like a 2 stage. That's a joke.
internationaltriaxle 1 year ago
@internationaltriaxle looked like it was doing a good job to me and they never called it a snowblower, it's a powershovel.

Guys this thing isn't meant to clear driveways. If you buy one it says in the description that it's meant for walkways and decks

I found these kind of snow throwers break easily. Have owned 2 types and I now switched to a 2 stage Ariens snow blower
