Ideas didn't necessarily go away it's being assimilated into Nx. I love Cad. Question to the author. How did you represent the combustion towards the end of the video? Was this animation done in CAD in it's entirety or a collaborative thing with adobe/maya/studiomax?
I doubt this video was done by author, or even one person alone. I'm pretty sure it had nothing to do with either adobe, maya, or max. You can clearly see the environment is standard background, simple phong shader rendering you find in most parametric modeling packages.
The only thing that feels better than making a really cool tutorial, design or article, is sharing it with others that will really benefit by it.
