u realise that everything iin the background is running, and u probably edited this video on a mac. also, u are probably downloading like 6 movies at the same time to make the internet run slow. like seriously, if ur gonna try and make a superior system look like it sucks, at least do it intelligently. like hide the dock so people cant c thats its fake? douche.
I suspect internet link broke for a sec and it loaded only some part of the movie. it happens to me many times on YouTube, so it can happen somewhere else...
Funny story about that. I remember long time ago, while on a school's Dell, I tried going to Apple's homepage. A message box popped up, saying that there may be a security risk in doing so.
I can watch it just fine on my Leopard powered MacBook Pro. My friend has a white MacBook, with Leopard also. We went to the CNet Vista page, and the ad played perfectly.
So the fan boys can untwist their panties, this video doesn't mean Leopard can't play the ad at all. I think you just had a glitch there, ZsoltVajda.
(A response to Howdydoo1): Yikes, if Leopard so weighs a system down that you can't have 16 open applications... I'll pass. I had no idea it was so awful.
(The above is sarcasm for the humor-impaired). That's a pretty funny video.
Watch the battery (or whatever it is, the flashing red thing) icon, and the text in the status bar at the bottom, also the mouse doesn't move until the last repeat. Obviously a fake, just a recorded screen on constant repeat. A desperate plea for attention. Suddenly comments about minimal market saturation seem almost stupid...
Just to clarify, the red flashing 'ishowu' icon is always off on the beginning of each repeat, also the text in the status bar blinks every time that the loop loops from the beginning, though later in the video the looping occurs slightly after the beginning of the video as compared to looping from the exact beginning of the video. Yet another pointless attempt to shame macs.
The status bar blinks, because (as I explained before) the ad got stuck and kept trying to load the rest of the ad, but it failed (maybe the server was overloaded, maybe my internet connection was low at the time).
As for a sync beetween iShowU's blinking icon and the repeats: I don't know. Maybe if you would be so kind to do an exact frame comparsion for every loop, that would be lovely, because, I think you just made this stuff up.
the flashing red thing iShowU's status menubar icon, showing that iShowU is recording.
It's none of you business, but the reason behind the still mouse cursor, because I took a piss break (but I suppose you wouldn't believe me)
Anyhoo, even if the stuff was looped (which was not), what's the reason behind the looping in the beginning while the screen was scrolled, and(!) the mouse was moved too! OMG!
hmm... good attempt, but when you watch from 0:55 until 1:05, the status bar's blinking is actually at a different length. Around 1:03, it doesn't even blink.
Problem is that flash adds do not loop, i write them for a living. Even if they do not have a preloader they will simply pause where they are and then reload.
This illustrates the problem with Macs. They are better hardware. But since the market saturation is so minimal web applications are in general, lacking compared to their counterparts on windows (if they are even available).
Plus, Apple mix in a two button trackpad/mouse. One Button? really?
Yes, you can do it, but it sucks, double touch clicking is slower and MUCH less convenient then right-clicking.
The OS clearly supports an alternate click function, and users CLEARLY use and desire such a thing, but apple refuses (presumably for aesthetic reasons) to use a split/two button mouse on their notebooks.
99% of the time you use the „left" mouse button. When I switched I thought this(one button trackpad) would seriously affect my „production" speed, but in the meantime, when it comes to right clicking pressing an extra finger down on the touchpad while clicking isn't annoying at all.
I doubt it's real, because I notice the text at status bar keep disappear then reappearing, I never seen status text would "blink" before, it's there's error, it'll stay there instead of blinking.
it's the Loading status bar text at the bottom. It keeps blinking because it wanted to load content from the ad's server but always kept failing, so it „blinks", yes.
But it has been not looped/modified by iMovie or anything.
what kind of ending did you expected? :) It's just a video about an which doesn't loads up properly and starts to loop it's first seconds. Nothing less, nothing more.
Indeed, my whole world has changed now that I know rednex hates macs. What an original feeling he has there. How full of passion he is. Suddenly I feel the urge to drop my mac and go get my self a pc so I can experience the wonderful BSOD phenomenon and have my computer crash every time I plug in an unsupported USB device, YAY! Don't Give Up On Vista!

They also (for some unknown (presumably the same) reason to put the hard drives in a bay or module to facilitate easy removal or replacement.
They place the "design" above the "function". They have done it repeatedly across all their products.
