@CharlieMcAwesome. You build up a rapport with the guys in there and you very soon become like family. Like all family they take the piss but its all good fun. As for the pain, they deal very professionally with that side. Its not just a tattoo, its an experience and they want you coming back. I am the worst with pain... I bitch before it hits my skin. I've had a 5hr and 2 x 4hr sessions in there. Never been anywhere like it..

The others are chancers or no don't mean that their apprentice has got potential !!!!! wake up the guys who own this studio are in it for the glory they are not serious artists
Dude i am only 30 years old and have been getting tattoo's since i was 16, the memeriol tattoo i got was done from a moblie phone picture,as i had no other and the work is to the best standard i have ever seen ,it was done by a guest artist Isnard,look all the artist gladly show there work on the facebook page ,nothing is hidden ,i found the parlour to be a fun friendly place and i am very happy with the work done,i can see why you are saying a studio of glory

As for your argument pertaining to the sale of tattoo related equipment to the general public from them, that CATEGORICALLY doesn't happen, so you're wrong on that front and you should retract your statement. As for "true art", can you post yours? Because I'm pretty sure that all the guys that work in their have their oils and acrylics on display in the shop, which are very impressive in some cases. This is appalling. I would not touch their shop with a barge pole after watching that, much less get tattooed by them. Their workstations are messy, the staff are insulting and rude (calling that customer "crazy", the other chap "an idiot" and "a pussy" for being in pain) and then finally that lad getting slapped in the belly? Holy shit! I work in retail, and if I did ANY of that on a customer I would be sacked. Just because they're tattooists doesn't mean customer service should be ignored!

Love it guys, you get the feel for the fun place that Dublin Ink is .. but the interviews down the alley way looks grim, might be worth a touch of midnight Banksy to jazz it up... either that or use the back drop of the Liffey...

haha that was pretty good! but there was no dani which was disappointing. you guys were too harsh on her portfolio, she worked so so hard! her picture of the candles was inspirational to me as a person and her art inspires me to be a better person each and every day. therefore she should have been in the show. it wont sursprise me if rte dont take this now. no dani=no show
