  • pure Trance. Streetparade forever!!!! :-)

  • How about trance drums at Stonehenge, does that grab anyone

  • Now, regarding this tune, I wanna say that using a couple of tribal instruments in your work doesn't automatically make it "tribal". Not to say this is kind of missing the point, since trance music itself, whether it's using tribal instruments or not, is supposed to be tribal, ritualistic in a way, to induce so-called Trance Dance.

Anyways, this is a very poor example of prog/euphoric trance music. Even Safri Duo sound better than this. :P

  • Believe it or not, tribal, uplifting, or progressive trance makes for an intense sexual experience :) Granted that your partner is willing to try it. Its the electronic part and the fact the beat is very consistent and has a smooth flow rather than random cuts and drops like club music, and it sets both partners on the same wavelength :) Ahh gotta love it!

  • @TheDigitalCrusader bang on the money man lol

  • like it!!

  • Ai, para de brigar e ouve a música!

  • I remember when PVD played this in Central Park 2003....great memory, awesome time.

  • @tranceinitiative Your first sentence is correct, your second one is once again based on the idea that your opinion is the only right one. Lemme tell ya sumtin' before I quit posting comments here (I'm getting bored :P): No ones opinion is right and no ones opinion is wrong.

BTW: It's capital S Settlers6 for you, boy (or girl, can't really say)

  • @scorpiouk1982 Get your ears fixed :) JK, but seriously, I know you're just trying to make a point, but trust me when I say that most trance truly is repetitive where most pop, rap and hiphop is not (not saying those are good musicgenres, though). A lot of trance is repetitive, a lot of hardcore is repetitive, a lot of heavy-/metal is repetitive, but the heavy-/metal is listen to doesn't belong in that category. Well whatever, everyone its own.

  • @Settlers6

WTF are you trying to prove kid? Seriously, if you don't like this kind of music, then by all means, please GTFO.

  • @Settlers6 Trance is supposed to be repetitive.

  • @empyrealwinds But that doesn't (necessarily) make it good music, does it?

  • @Settlers6 "Good music" is relative to who's listening to it. I think it's good. I don't like classical, but I know that the musicians who put the piece together are very talented. It's just a matter of opinion.

  • @empyrealwinds can u say that again?

  • trance can do without you settlers6. your missing out

  • @tranceinitiative Why don't I try to make one? It would be a waste of my time. "all music is repetative thats what music is repetition of sounds." True, but not this repetitive. Also, it is the emotion that matters right? If I can't get any emotion except for disgust, that's just my taste isn't it? "if you wer to listen properly you would see this song is full of originality and emotion." I don't, and that's my opinion. If you like it, that's fine, but let me have my choice in music as well.

  • @Settlers6 mixed feelings i see here. i enjoy trance, and i like this tune, even though i've heard better. Each genre of music unites like-minded people 2gether. i think what tranceinitiative was saying is that songs are repetetive because if its a good tune then the listener can hear it over and over. And of course all trance music sounds the same. Thats why we listen to it coz its one type of music..to me, all folk music sounds the same - all happy hardcore sounds the same, so does heavy metal

  • @Settlers6 and to be honest, i have seen so many arguments because someones thumbs-down on a tune. Who cares - if u heard this song and didnt like it then fair play.... if you heard this song and liked it then fair play... if someone is allowed to thumbs up then its only fair if u can thumbs down - why cant we all be equal and accept that we're not all going to like the same tracks? coz that wud be boring lol... and impossible! Nuff said lol

  • @LuisitoMusic I didn't search for it to thumb it down, douchebag, read my ffing comment before you speak. I searched for it to find out IF I should tumb it down (or up). I fail miserably in life because of my opinion? Aren't you nice little dictator; "If other people disagree with me, they fail in life" And why are all of you so aggitated? I just expressed my opinion in a rude way. You can think by yourself: "What a dick..." and just let it slide.

  • wow never knew phil green did this one!

  • I mis these times. And I still don't understand why this track wasn't very known in the trance world!! It's still amazing! And it is an excelent song that came out in a ferfect time, but like razmatazbaz already said, it didn't get the exposure it deserved :( to bad

  • @Settlers6 Trance is an emotional ride throuh bass and melody. Like the other guy said, if you don't like trance I don't see the reason as to why you would search for it just to thumbs down the song. You are a proper example to someone who fails miserably in life.

  • @agustaf486 No, actually it isn't for two very good reasons. The first is that I was checking it out, to see IF trance is good music or not. I can't judge over that if I have never heard it before. THAT would be dumb. The second reason has to do with the thumb down button. Can you see it? It is there for a reason, which is to express ones dislikement over a vid. If only the people who liked this vid would come here, the thumb down button would be useless, don't you think?

  • @Settlers6 and if its so easy then why dont you make a trance song? because you wouldnt have the first clue how to thats why. it takes these producers many years to get this good. it sounds so simple when you listen to it because it supposed to. but mark my words its far fkn from simple.

  • @drukjohn1982 Actually I dislike trance all together :). Because the songs are much alike, and a trance song on itself hardly ever offers variation. I haven't found trance or techno that had a 'bridge' of some kind. Hiphop songs are mostly variant throughout the track, metal has a solo or instrumental, but trance only offers this slight variation. Of course you can like it if you want. :P

  • @Settlers6 well if you dislike trance why are you seeing this vid

    thats kind of dumb

  • @Settlers6 you talk shit you wouldnt know a good song if it slapped you around the face with a plank of wood.all music is repetative thats what music is repetition of sounds. its the emotion that matters. and if you wer to listen properly you would see this song is full of originality and emotion.

  • @drukjohn1982 Oh sorry, in that case I was right from the beginning: I dislike talentless trance COMPLETELY.

BTW: '"like watching someone smashing.." WTF?' It's called a comparison, Einstein.

  • lol thats fine then, which "talented" trance do you prefer?

I know its a comparison, just a strange one. i was literally banging my hand on the table and listening to the tune at the same time. Sounded pretty decent for a while but I just haven't got the rhythm to keep it in tune :( certainly a gryping experience of different kind

  • The music..! It's so... it's so... original! Like watching someone smashing his hand on the table continuously. It's so gripping. Didn't know we had these kind of talented people in the world.

BTW: If you like this, that's your taste, I can't argue about that. What I can do, is wonder how this can attract people. The 'song' is almost the same throughout. Add a bit of silence there, lower/ some tones there, put in a short drum sound and bang! I'm now a musical artist! WTF?!

  • I also wonder about the music you listen to which doesn't attact me "The Crystal Method - Name Of The Game" thats not trance btw. "like watching someone smashing.." WTF?

  • @Settlers6 It's called DANCE music. You do not want major changes in dance music because it ruins dancing. It's up to DJ to create these changes through careful track selection. Of course, the changes will still be quite subtle, meaning you certainly won't be getting your pop experience in proper dance music. This is coming from someone who listens to plenty of rock music (instrumental, prog, psychedelic/kraut/space, etc) and even classical and jazz. ;)

  • proper trance track it is, thanks for showing me that!:)

  • a classic imo, heard it on a pvd set from miami in like 04/05 this needs to be played out!!!! AMAZING this is trance!!
