@siLveRscOpe13x I tried to use Rosetta Stone to learn Mandarin. I speak both Russian and English, on top of Bulgarian, which is my native tongue. When I lived in Sweden, after few months I was picking it Swedish. All this to say that I'm doing well with languages - however, Rosetta Stone was an uphill learning method for me. I squeezed as much as I could from it and I understand that I learnt through it but I'm not sure their method is all that they claim it is.

i apologize if this steps on your toes but it is scriptural. If experience is required to have faith then it is not faith but works. That is my point. If it is works then it is not faith and therefore not accepted by God.

experience... faith is not based on experience. The apostles did see and still at times doubted. However faith is the substance of things NOT seen. Faith is NOT. faith is just KNOWING.. believing.
faith is based on acceptance without having to have a proof.
experience not required for faith. Many churches teach a doctrinse that says you must have some sort of sensory ie feeling or experince to appreciate Christ or to be accepted of Christ.Corinth had this issue.
When she started the part about God the Father saying "I love the way you worship me" I was thinking "I love the way Kim worships you, too!" She is a gift to the body if Christ.

True worship comes from an intimate relationship and experience with our Lord. He loves it when we express our love to him. Dav id danced his clothes off. I cant understand how some worship teams can be so proper. I know everyone has their different ways of worship but God is an alive God lets act like it in our praise and worship.
i like this woans music. i feel however the testimony given here is suggestive of an experience rather thatn just faith. our salvation is Christ and only Christ,if we tend to trust experiences rather thatn true faith( trusting him and only him) than we become misled. we become deceived by ourselves. Experience based faith is not faith. Faith simply put is a trust. A trust in Christ who has done it all not us.
@fuggedupmess By your reasoning, I suppose when Saul had an encounter with Jesus that it did not result in "real faith". I disagree. Our experiences and encounters with the living God lead to greater faith and intimacy with Him.
If "Experience based faith is not faith"... would that mean that the apostles who lived and walked with Jesus and saw the risen lord did not have faith? "Doubting Thomas" may have been weaker in faith, but he chose not to reject what had been shown to him, which still requires some faith. I feel that God grants certain experiences to those of us who are willing to believe but may need a bit of help.
This was something similar to what i experienced! and I can totally relate to the Joy that was overflowing in my heart! Jesus relates to us the way we are made.

it made me cry so much I don't want to make god sad anymore but I keep getting mad, I have anger issue, I'm 23 but I keep being selfish and acting like 9 years old. I want to change so much. Not for someone, not for myself, but for god. I want to make him happy, yet I keep doing my own things.
@rainxlxl God will grant you the strength to do that which pleases him in Jesus name. I have areas of my life where i'm asking God for break through as well. If you truly desire a change, talk to him about it. Ask him to break the stronghold of anger over your life and ask for grace to RUN to him (your way of escape; 1 Corinthians 10:13) whenever you sense that anger coming. Will keep you in prayers. stay blessed

@rainxlxl He's already happy with you. He's already proud of you. You don't need to work for it. He love you SO much. And because you believe he sees you through Jesus, the perfect and spotless lamb who was slain for you, and he sees YOU as PERFECT. Not a single flaw. No selfishness, no anger... nothing. He sees you as totally perfect.
@rainxlxl Just ask God: "Father God, please remove this anger from my spirit. I don't want to sin against you anymore. I want to be filled with You and Your joy." He'll do it. He knows your heart. If you delight in Him, He'll give it it's desires. Just believe and trust :)
@rainxlxl I had this same issue! I found so many scriptures on anger. this one stuck the most:
Proverbs 16:32 “He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty;...”
Now when i'm irritated I say outloud "I am slow to anger..." At first I didn't see a difference, but now things that used to upset me don't bother me anymore. Apply God's Word to your anger problem just as you would apply ointment to a scrape or burn and watch that thing heal!
@brittanyivory09 first, thank you for sharing the scripture with me. God just put in my heart to open the bible and read it. And when he tells me to read it, he tells me to read at least 4 times. From now on, I will say this scripture whenever I get angry. god bless you :)
