sir, im planning to get titan or gp01 pg, but i dont know which one to choose. please help me on this :P love them both but my budget is only for one kit. :)
@macne04 The Gp01 has a tad more detail, but the MK II has more lighting gimmicks(light up cockpit) and more articulation. Overall, since the MK II is cheaper, I'd recommend it.
Irony to your statement about destroy mode being a dwarf compared to GP01 is that if they were both in 1:1 scale that'd be destroy mode dwarfing the GP01... not trying to troll or be a bitch or anything just stating a fact ^^'
@jelo1611 It's actually really easy. The best way I can describe it is like a resin conversion kit without the work :P- like taking off the armor on a regular MG kit and putting it back on again. The hardest part is probably transforming the core fighter but as long as you follow directions even this is no problem. Thanks for watching!
You should panel line this to make it pop out more :D and maybe just quick spray the whole thing with a matt clear coat like I do for my models, looks great though, I'm aiming on getting the PG Strike Rouge or the PG 00 Raiser soon, got any word on which I should go with?
This is without a doubt my favourite PG, everything about this kit screams quality!! IMO this does not need painting, its quite literally perfect out of the box.
I've also collect perfect grades (its an expensive hobby) and so far I've got the WZC, GP01, Astray Red Frame, 00 Raiser and Zeta.
Have you any plans to add to your collection in the future, Bandai are releasing special versions of the RX78 and Zaku next month with special coatings and the Strike with clear pieces.
box is huge model is huge everything is huge! Based on what i have seen on the internet about this pg,it is probably the best pg yet....your review made me want to buy this kit more than the 00 raiser now lol.
@bkdk79 Hey man. I'd go for the PG Mk. II simply because I prefer the design and proportions. The inner frame is also unbelievably cool and if you like seeing how things work mechanically the Mk. II doesn't disappoint. Hope that helps :)
@GameFuelFTW hey bro, glad you liked it. The reason why I say stay away from the Wing Zero Custom is because the wing portions are very poorly made... like unbelievably badly made because the plastic can snap very easily. The wiring for the LED's also defies logic. I'm convinced the lights run not on batteries but on children's tears haha. I built one last weekend and that's my assessment.
lol the only "improvement" of the pearl mirror coating version is the color imo. Actually it's exactly the same model with a different color scheme. I think the PG WZC is a matter of taste. Grats on the PG 00 Raiser- I hope to get it for xmas :)
