To make an appropriate riposte to the version of the Origin of Species that Ray Comfort was selling it would take more than adding an introduction to the Christian Bible. The producers of the reply would also have to abridge the Bible to the same extent.

Look on the bright side.You can have a free copy of 'origins' paid for by his supporters.I don't think anyone will take the into seriously and be temped to convert to Christianity.Maybe in the future he could help pay for other school text books.

There are many things in life that can only be conquered by non-involvement. Religion/atheism is one of these. All of the participants are losers and, once realized, one can justifiably ignore the nonsense and get on with our real work of understanding the universe, as best we can. Of course there is a God but he/she are completely unrepresented on Earth. We live in a prison and have all had our memories wiped clean prior to reincarnating back to the prison. We will get out soon.

The lying, dishonest quote miner is actually just a component of C.E. It's designed to get a rise out of unbeliever. You see they provoke you, you react and then they validate their beliefs by being "attacked for their faith".

Their goal is not to convert, but to "Plant a seed". In other words re-activate the judeo-christian world view in the minds of those who already have a back-ground in it.

I can't even get my head around that. I'm just left asking; how could anyone supposed to represent the christian values do that?
