  • I think This is an awesome instructional video but to be honest the background music is very distracting.

  • Love the video. It was so easyv2 follow, n love the music. Thanks. All I need is rubber. Lol. X

  • Yeah....probably knows what he's doin' in making them but I got seasick and that flute music (which is a particular song I love) song was absolutely outta place. Try again Brother.

  • Thanks a lot for your video, it will save me hundreds.

  • just made some per your directions.... thank you!

  • pretentious fuck...lets see u run in em...

  • thank-you

  • looks like you ran threw poisen ivy did you get a rash after that stunt

  • @vivitar45 Lol, never noticed that. It wouldn't have made a difference I happen to not be allergic to poison ivy. :P

  • Thank you so much.... I want to do this with my kids... they will love the idea of making their own... I think? they could also think their mother has lots it!! lol!!

  • On my sandals I eliminated the knot under the toe by leaving 12 inches of lace and pulling it up over the top and tying it just like a shoe. This adds to comfort for me, eliminates the knot, allows adjusting without untying the entire sandal. I LOVE these things. Thanks for showing us how to make them.

  • I may have made an improvement. Instead of a knot under toe, I left 12 inches and pulled it up over the top and tied it to the other end. Now, I can adjust the tension without untying the sandal and the slight pull-up of the front end ads to comfort. Has anyone else tried this. I just tie it like a shoe. I LOVE these things.

  • thank you so much for this video. I'm going to throw out my Reebok pair as soon as I have made these.

  • This would work wonderfully with a pair of injinji's!

  • excellent video.

easily followed, covers all you need to know, nice music.

    thanks

  • Great Video Man! I just got done making a pair!

  • Whoa dude! maybe get a tripod or something. I'm getting motion sickness just watching this.

  • Where can I get that type of flat rubber tire material from?

    Great vid!

  • wait, sorry for repeating a question. So there isn't a store that I can buy in person?

  • thanks for the vid & putting it up. Will make a pair today and test them out. Do you have any recommendations for learning new ways of running?

  • Thanks for the info...my only gripe...please lower the music levels...Christ the music is louder than you are

  • ok... your sandals are not made like real tarahumara huaraches.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you got it wrong!!!

  • This is the version I found while in Oaxaca, Mexico. I'm sure there are many different versions; depending on which village, town, tribe, ect. you are from.

  • @OmenDark if it's from Oaxaca, then it's not tarahuamara, it's zapotec or mixtec =)

  • @8490864 by all means don't offer any constructive criticism.

  • You can find vibram material by google searching "where to purchase vibram material". You can find the best buy from Barefootted he has really good prices on very good material.

  • I'm glad you think so, i like posotive feedback. I'm working on making a new video of making them out of vibram material and leather strapping.
