  • what do i do if it's leaking from where my macro line screws into my reg?

  • i love u dued (no homo), thanks!!! my proto needed it!!!!!

  • Ive Got steel instead of macro and I cant pull it out of the reg, should I unscrew it?

  • my maco line wont come out, should i just pop off?

  • Hey the bottom cap wont even come off, any suggestions? The allen screw for it is rusty, could that be the problem?

  • @TSProcknrollin55 same with me man.

  • hey my swivel wont come off, anything i can do? i have the rest dissassembled but the swivel wont come off.

  • @OCReefer try loosening or removing the macro fitting. If it is on to tight it will prevent the swivel from coming off.

  • @OCReefer i have a dm6 and mine won/'t come off either

  • Great vid, thankx man! :)

  • is this the only place that can allow co2 leakedge or is there more becasue when i put my tank on co2 leakes out the the paintfeed and the place were the barrel screws in.

  • @beastyboi343 i would never use co2 on an electronic marker

  • very helpfull, thanks

  • i got a Proto UL and my hose is leaking from the ASA end, anyone know how to fix it?

  • @Jazz20t get a new macroline

  • Very helpful

  • Very helpful thanks 5 stars man.

  • you seem quite generous with your lube you say a tiny bit and it seems like a lot does that matter in a reg if there is too much lube?

  • my pmr has a huge leak and it sounds liek it is comin from the reg... do you think this will fix it?

  • @Roonin10k Probably not. If it has a huge leak it is more likely that an oring is broken.

  • Dude, it was my hpr that was messed up on my dm4 :D im quite new to dm's and i kept thinking it was the lpr... i was retarded though the previous time i took my hpr apart and had the shim stack wrong! Thanks, now my dm4 works!!!!!

  • What do you mean by resetting the regulator?

    on 6:40 Thanks.

  • i think he means you have to re-chrono the gun. the fps

  • @dallamixy i know your comment is old, but if you still need to know, you screw in your hpr and lpr in all the way. then, you unscrew/set them to the default output. the hpr should be 4 turns out and the lpr should be 4 and a half turns out

  • i have a pmr and i followed everything but when i put it back together i heard the shim stack shaking what did i do wrong

  • @jksports315 you didnt do anything wrong, hopefully. The shim stack will shake around until the regulator is pressurized again.

  • do you have any idea on how to fix an air leak coming from the elbow fitting thing?

  • it depends where the leak is. Either you should replace your macro line or you can add some teflon tape to the threads of the elbow.

  • does the teflon tape go on the top of the threads where the elbow first meets the reg or the bottome of the threads?

  • the tape has to be in between the threads of both the elbow and the reg so that it can help the threads to create a good seal.

  • oh ok

    one more thing

mike said its very messy to use, is it like liquid or is it actually tape?

  • teflon tape is tape. go to a hardware store and ask for it im sure they can help you. It is used in plumbing to make sure pipes are air tight.

  • lol ok thx

i ordered some from macrolineguy should be here soon

  • coheed and cambria?

  • @AceKilla2u the end complete III

  • thanks man, my reg had a bad leak until i watched this vid! thank you so muc!!!!

  • i was wondering if you could tell me how to set my hpr and lpr on my dm7 to stock. I heard your suppose to turn them both in all they way then turn the hpr out 3 turns then the lpr out 3 - 5 turns with half turn adjustments, i was wondering if thats correct

  • is that with all the videos u made? 3-4 months? like the LPR and the reg... the bolt u clean it after every day of game play correct?

  • yea i would say that is about right for the lpr as well. The bolt doesnt actually have to be cleaned every day of play, but definitly every few. It depends how much you shoot of course.

  • i just bought a used DM4 and i was wondering if you have to lube it everytime... When do u have to lube the reg? everytime or just once every like couple rounds..

  • every 3-4 months is fine.

  • hey man i have a problem with my dm5 the gun leaks from the reg the little hole in the middle part what you think it is? plz help me =)

  • It is probably the tiny oring that seals around the top of the piston. It is hard to get out but it is likely to be the problem

  • hey thanks so much i had a masive leak and now since u helped me i fixed it thanks so much

  • it says you should lube your reg. every 6 months.. but i do mine every 4

  • once again depends on how much you play

  • How often do you lube your reg?

    Great vid btw

  • depends on how much you play. But a good general rule is every 3-4 months.

  • I'm having a problem with my reg.The end caps seem to have been screwed on tighter than hell and I've gone as far as putting it in a vice for grip and they still won't loosen up. do you have any suggestions as to how i can get tehm off? Please message back.

  • same has happened on my ego =(

  • Well no not really. It just takes brute strength some times. I used a strap wrench the first time to loosen mine. But if a vice couldnt do it, then im not sure what will.

  • i took it to my local shop and they got it off. so no worries thanks for the help.

  • You will probably have to either use a vice or some kind of strap wrench to hold the reg securely

  • wen i air up my pmr i got air coming out from the bottom of the reg...i hear a smal hissing sound...it seems to be coming thru the adjuster screw...i put an allen wrench inside the screw wen it was making the hissing sound and it seem to have stopped it..how do i fix this?

  • Try replacing the oring on the adjuster cap.

  • sweet vid...go coheed

  • is that a dm4

  • no its a dm5

  • nice vid man, im having a prob... when i fire my PMR it just makes a short hissing sound from the upper trigger and upper board, can you plz help me find out what the problem is

  • i thinks its your noid ask a tech to check that out

  • the black cap inside the air adjustment screw, is it supposed to be hollow or have a hole?

  • Not sure what you mean. Can you send me a picture?

  • very nice! i screwed up my shim stack and this is the first vid out of many to show you the shim configuration

  • glad i could help.

  • get a new ASA please. lol

  • Just my back up. I have a very nice BL asa on my main.

  • thx man
