Sounds like they're getting HAARP tuned up for project blue beam. Keeping people confused with noises, waiting for YT posts to see what each says it sounds like. When they do blue beam it will be all ascended masters people will see around the world, and each to speak in that countries native language. Seriously. We're getting strange sounds such as these in the US as well, so I think they're gearing up. So, if you hear Jesus or another ascended master speaking to you in your head, ignore it.

They could be doing this with the HAARP wave to see what people will say; for distraction and/or to see if their project blue beam will work. Get lots of strange noises in the US as well...sounds like tornado's coming, or giant washing machines above the cloud cover. You had quite a mix there.

it was a steam fair in blackpool near town, that noise is all the whistles of traction engines and steam rollers. it was weird but wonderfull
