when the wii first came out it came with the internet channel free, and they saw alot of people use it so they switched to so you have to use wii points.

Did you know you can connect a keyboard to type faster.....It has to be USB though. Which most of the new keyboards around are that. (USB)

once you're online, click Wii Shop or shop online, and you'll be able to download it from Wii Ware

the Internet channel is free! you just need an internet connection of some sort.

If you bought a Wii Points Card, you can activate it through Wii Shop Channel. Very easy to do.

The way I connect is through my wireless router on my computer. There are settings you need to config on your Wii system to match your wireless router settings. If you know how to do it then go for it or get someone who knows already. There is more info available on Nintendo's website.

i dont think you can as you cannot download anything from the browser. also it uses the opera browser which may have updated security or something

not that i know of. It uses a different operating system, not windows. Have you experienced anything like this?
