This might be a false flag by your anti-virus application as the program does send outbound communications when establishing a call. Why do you keep telling that I'm sending viruses to people? @ForfrontTechnology also let me tell u that when i call the google voice number or voxox number i can answer on voxox as i said earlier but the phone that i called with just keeps ringing and going to voicemail either to google voicemail or voxox voicemail respectively.

@ForfrontTechnology I appreciate your response man and I'm hoping u can help me out. the problem i have is pretty simple. i have the google voice number forwarded to voxox properly so i don't believe thats the problem and I'm guessing the problem lies somewhere in the voxox admin panel as u described (i don't have voxox ringing any phone except of couse for the voxox number itself, maybe this is wrong?). hen i call the google voice number my voxox ring and i can pick up i just can't hear...

@mercedes300selamg Just make sure that you have Google is connecting properly through the account settings page on the Google Phone account as well as in the Voxox admin panel. As I did this tutorial about 8 months ago, I can really barely even remember the steps, so bare with me if I can't be of much help.

Maybe your anti-virus application detected the software as a trojan, which will be a false flag because Voxox does send outbound and inbound communications, but only for the purposes of sending and receiving calls. We are in no way connected with Voxox, and therefore have no "hidden agenda" of installing viruses in your computer.

Please, check the facts before making an assumption.

@LoNePhOeNiX13 It does receive calls, you just have to set them. Besides, if you are using a free service to call, then don't complain about the quality! Nothing in this country is basically free, so if you encounter something "free", of course there will be tradeoffs.

i've been trying for 3 days to do this and i'm having problems with voxox and gv. first, the "phone" setting under preferences never loads and give me a message indicating that i need to install flash player (i've installed & reinstalled at least 5 times.) is there any hints or help you can give me. thanks.

@chevelleflorida The "phone" under settings does take a considerable time to open. If you can watch this Youtube video, you have a proper flash player so I do not know the problem with Adobe Flash. Give me more specs of your computer and I'll see if I can help you out.

@ForfrontTechnology i THINK that the issue was that i needed to disable norton. i did and by time i got back over to the page, it was loaded. however, i don't know if i've mixed up ways to do this or not. i opened the voxox, gv and then bought groove ip. everything seemed to work (had green light) but all of my calls used minutes. i've read something about i should have fwd calls to chat w/IP (i had them fwd to the voxox#). really quite confusing for me at this time.

@chevelleflorida When calling, you need to use Google Voice, and choose the option to call with your phone. This will then ring your Voxox phone, to which Google Voice will connect you to the person you want to talk to for unlimited minutes without spending Voxox minutes.

This is 100% legal. All your doing is connecting a free inbound and free outbound phone service. Google Voice and Voxox are both reputable and legal corporations.
