This seems a ignorant. I think the best way would be to solve things diplomatically rather then create friction by cutting off iran's attachment to the rest of the world. If you cut too many threads with them they will stop caring what you think rather then listening to it.

@mlm82 I know it does hurt everyone. The idea is to make those people discontent and to weaken the regime at the same time, by creating dissent among its armed forces. If there are brave and inteligent Persian warriors willing to destroy the Islamic regime, with the support of its population, then we should expect a revolution in the streets. They'll face short term dificulties but the long term benefits will be much more significant.
