I don't think this is Youtube. I think someone hacked the poster's account and did this. Youtube always either deletes videos entirely, or else mutes the audio and posts a message (highlighted in red) to the effect that they've done this for reasons of copyright.
Unless, of course, Youtube messaged the poster, but this would be a real departure for them. I would recommend that the poster change his/her password, delete this part and then repost.
Kudos On Uploading this movie. I remember this movie as a kid and I love it so much. Such a shame it is not available on DVD in Canada. Thanks again for the 80's horror gem!

Kevin McCarthy (The Judge) is one of the best actors when it comes to ranting and bellowing. He does a great job here.
