You get the sticker on the last mgs level its at the very end you get it for completing the level

Asked same thing all u have to do is go into LBP store in the iddle world (the one with all the stories) and gointo the one that has solid snakeon it and it should be there unless you have not instlled it a nd do not keep downloading it. You can only download it 5 times i think

oh and to answer what ones you want to hit. The last ones. But they don't show up unless you hit enough in some cases earlier ones. This is just the case for most of them.

I think this definitely requires multiple playthroughs. I only have like 60something percent of items for this level.

Yeah, it took me 2 tries to get all the stuff but I tink it can be done on the first run if you're really fast at stickering.
