  • this way is really easy and fun

    thank you so much

  • Hi, thanks for posting this. May I have a question. In "I am a pilot". ツ is silent? thx

  • This is an awesome series! I look foward to more.

  • please i have a question!!!! we may say watashiwa bu the last letter is ha right?? coz i'm learning the letters now and i wonder....does it change??? O_o

  • @LaLaLaLaLifeFabyu The last letter is ha, but used as particle you don't say "ha", you say "wa" :) (This also extends to the particle "o" -you write the kana "wo", but pronounce it as "o"- and the particle e -you write the kana for "he", but pronounce it as "e")

  • @Knoedlii thnx so much ^^

  • If I want to say "She is Sara" or "Her name is Sara "then I am going to say "Kanojo wa Sara desu"?

  • A wa b desu is like watashi wa (your name) desu

  • this is good!

  • Hey, I DO want to learn to speak Japanese fluently, make no mistake about that, but for right now, my real goal is to be able to play Final Fantasy V (or VI) in the original Japanese. I know I need to look at Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji, but is that all? Any tips? I'm pretty much brand new and I don't know what to do. Like I said, I want to learn the whole language, but for right now my goal is just to be able to read Japanese. Please help?

  • @rainandmoonlight Hiragana and katakana are easy. I got stuck at the Kanji part :(. Maybe you can start by memorizing hiragana and katakana and (cause there's only 46 each) then slowly kanji (maybe 5 symbols a day).

  • @masmaraize3 Ok, thank you!

  • I love the voice you used! reminds me of a nice old lady. Sorry if you are actually younger than that, please don't take offense ^^

  • A is B????

  • 1:02 it means 'watashi wa kaori desu', but it's written 'watashi ha kaori desu'.. When do you use 'ha' instead of 'wa'?

  • @AkumaNoMaboroshi Wa is a particle written as "ha" and pronounced es "wa", in words you read the kana for ha normally as ha. The normal kana for "wa" is only used in words :)

  • wow! this helps a ton!! i know a lot of Japanese words but don't know how to put them together! ready for part 2!

  • helpfull, but how do you remeber all the words...duhhhhhhhhh

  • Thank you everyone for your positive feedback! We're glad you like the new series. This is a 25 lesson series and a new lesson will come out on YouTube every other week, so stay tuned! • 私はロブと私は学生です

  • that was fun

  • Very nice lesson!

  • can you do more of these in more advanced levels? I liked the way the lesson was set up but I already knew everything...

  • Me encantaría poder hacer seguimiento a su curso, solo que no domino el ingles y pierdo mucho en el camino. ¿Sera que tienen el mismo curso basados en el castellano.? De ser así estoy seguro de poder seguirlo y dominarlo. Me gustaría y creo que a muchas otras personas. GRACIAS...!

  • Bring back Hiroko !

  • Watashiwa Ali ds

Thnx, that was very helpful ^^

  • So... When do you use "ore wa", if that is even japanese...? Like "Ore wa Sendo desu" or something like that. I thought it "ore wa" and "watashi wa" meant the same? (not even sure if it is spelled ore wa.. :D)

  • @animestyrer2 I'm not Japanese, but I know that "ore wa" is the same as "watashi wa", but only man can use it. It's more masculine, woman can't use it.

    Hope it helped you ^^

  • @Tokyo2442 Aaah, cool :D then i should probably use that instead, haha!

  • watashi is only for female

  • @StylingTipp no, both can use it ^^

  • @StylingTipp "atashi" is used only by women. "watashi" is fine for both genders.

  • @StylingTipp Actually, watashi is what is called the formal version to say "I". Atashi is informal for saying "I" but is only used for females. Boku is the informal "I" but only used with males. It depends on the situation whether to use the formal or the informal.
