im thinking of getting this Q6600 (not planning on overclocking) plus SLI 9800gtx+ 1gb and 4gb of ram. That wil run nice wont it?

Definitely, it will run real nice.

You don't really need to OC the Q6600, it's already powerful on its own :)

By the way I just turned it all on Enthusiast and got 27fps average. Pretty awesome game, and no stuttering.

how playable would crysis warhead be with these specs:

- 2.5GHz processor speed

- nVidia GeForce 120GT graphics card
