Hi, I wanted to thank you for this recipe. I used it for a recent dinner party and it was a massive success. Tasted incredible and was so easy. I'll be doing this recipe forever!
Can you use carp in this recipe, and how do you get rid of the muddy flavor that many fresh water fish have (even though they are fresh)??? Please advise. THank you.

Nice video, but a handy tip is use a teaspoon to peel ginger, just scrape with inside of the spoon, its works great.

How much salt should I use?? I am a little concerned about the final amount of sodium that will end up being consumed...or am I worrying too much?

Really useful tip on how to clean the fish from the supermarket. I'm a beginner and will try your recipe. Thanks for the video.
