who is the singer, doesn't matter who is govern the country is the same. the old regime not different at all. how many lao people suffer, if you are good enough why don't you build the country to be better than this, just saying every body can do so. penong lao we need to be united no matter who is the leader, the main thing is we want laos to be better than other country that used to look us down.
