It is one of the safest infant seats on the market. Still tested in Europe and their testing limits are much higher.

We called peg and they sent one out next day it was very easy to change if you need some help let me know and ill post a video

We have the exact same problem. So what have you done? We tried to return the seat to the Toys R'Us we bought it but have been told to contact Peg Perego. We are getting frustrated with the run around
