  • I Believe its 3500 DPI?

  • Guys plzz reply this one or the Lachesis?

  • Wut is on the fly

  • @supertacoman132 It means something like right on time. When it comes to gaming mouses I'm guessing it's very accurate.

  • urrrrrrrrrr urrrrrrrrrrrrrr

  • Just received this mouse, it's response time is insane ! This definitely goes well with my Black Widow Ultimate :D

  • Does the death adder have macro? :3

  • this mouse twitches alot when its just sitting there its so annoying

  • I really don't know which mouse i should choose.

I think i'm gonna choose between Mamba or Deathadder, i just need someone to give me some advice on which is best

  • @hallijo709 get the deathadder dude, the mamba is so overpriced for the item,if you want a wireless high dpi mouse look at other brands but if you want a solid gaming mouse that is really good go for the deathadder

  • @bluemanan Ok thanks man, gonna get the deathadder then

  • So i got this one for christmas, but since i wished for the Razer naga elite i'm a bit unsure if i should trade the one i have for the naga one. Then again the seller that sold this said that the deathadder is better than naga. The mouse is suppose to be used for WoW so that is why i wanted the naga 'cause of the numbers =/

    Any help ?

  • @BleachKyuubi This mouse works for all games. The razer naga is customized for wow which makes it hard to play with all the buttons in like cod,cs, etc etc.

  • @BleachKyuubi i have the naga and i want the adder because of the comfort i have an average kinda large hand and like to palm i find it hard to palm the small naga if i were u keep the adder and if i dont buy one in the next 48hrs let me know email me or send message thanks

  • @TheLegendkiller83007 My hand is kinda small (as i am female) and WoW and TF2 is the only games i play on my pc. And no i did not keep he adder as my mom went to the store and changed it when i was out with friends =/

  • if i download the mac drivers for my macbook Pro would the macros and things work ?

  • lol..i got 3.5 already...OWNED

  • @darksatanus Look when this was made....2007...-_-

  • guys ..my hand is somewhat about 16 cm long and 8 cm wide... so will this mouse be suitable for me.. cause i see the size is quite big .. please suggest

  • Where can i turn off the colors?

  • how do i display the acceleration ?

  • My grandpa would think he is talking about the animal the mouse... lol

  • I swear this mouse has a heart i can see it beat.

  • Don't see much reason to use this over my $20 Dynex 5-button mouse.

  • I WANT ONE! Good review :), I really want one now

  • do all the deathadders havev the rubber coated finish?

    Thanks Rob

  • @lilasiandragonmaster yes you can..

  • @fullmetalgridlock as in let it stay blue forever and not just turn it off? because i've heard some people said you can't let the blue shine stay there? you can only turn it off

  • @lilasiandragonmaster Just off. There arent any options on the software to make it stay on, though, i havent upgraded my software yet. Ill check.

  • @fullmetalgridlock oh, okay thanks :p

    HOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHO

  • Will people stop telling me that's an older version.

I KNOW. Like 20 people have told me and I now own one.

    Jesus...

  • @FailureJagex That's only with the old ones.

    Rofl, JK.

  • I feel like the gold plated usb is by far the selling point of this mouse.

  • nice review man i have the mouse and he covered everything

  • its ok if you start to cry here, lol

  • how do you fix the lift off distance on this mouse? whenever i lift it, the cursor goes CRAZY and during fps games it's even worse.

  • Are you serious, a "gaming mouse" wow.

  • Can Deathadder work smoothly in any laptop available? Thanks.

  • =.= gay hair

  • The original deathadder only had 1800DPI

    The newer ones have 3500DPI.

  • if i pause it ill be able to stare at it HA

  • Would I be able to set the side buttons to the enter or escape key?

  • Best review i've seen, u should definitely make more

  • @TheLastStalker Nope, It works just fine with or without one

  • @TheLastStalker It's better with a mouse matt

  • can you make the light change colors?

  • This is the review for the old 1800dpi DeathAdder

  • you just read everything from the box!

  • Can you change the collies of the LEDs

  • Comment removed

  • @FailureJagex the news ones are

  • @FailureJagex default DPI is 1800... can increase to 3500 if you want ..

  • @FailureJagex the new 1Razer DeathAdder 3.5G has the 3500DPI sensor

  • @FailureJagex The newer ones are, but the first Deathadders were less, I think 1800.

  • @FailureJagex Yea those were the OLD ones. The NEW ones are now 3500 DPI

  • @FailureJagex only the new ones

  • @FailureJagex That's the new one, this was the original one that came out in 2007.

  • @TheExprima Like 5 people have already told me lol.

Doesn't matter anymore. I have a Razer Deathadder now :)

  • @FailureJagex that's the old one . the new one is 3500dpi and it's great

  • @FailureJagex i think this is an older version

  • @FailureJagex thats the new models

  • i got surved.

  • When he said his "grandpa would like" it i was sold and had to get this mouse.

  • dfjskdl;agako2op3i5 29056u38961385135812=-591

    sorry jizzed on the keyboard

  • "Even my Grandpa would like it" made me lol, but overall great review. Helped me decide to give this guy a spin. thanks for the review.

  • Phenomenously? You invented a new word :P

  • 3 feet... gtfo

  • LOL 3:13 thats such bs.. I have one and it doesn't pick up signal unless its touching. what an idiot

  • lol he realizes that phenomenously isn't a word and adds it to the description to make it seem like it he did it on purpose.. wow

  • wtf mine didn't come with a disc? WHAT?

  • @Egovillain just get the drivers off the razer website there more updated and much better than the disk driver anyway

  • buy a naga

  • omg wtf?? you have to reinstall drivers if you switch the usb port?? WTF??

Is that the same with the MX518, or does MX518 not have this terrible feature?

  • @cssftw100 no, You have to only do that if it is on to another computer. THe drivers are on your computer, not the mouse,

  • @Jawree1337 so what you said is for the mx518?

  • @cssftw100 Yes

  • For the programmable buttons, do they work in Linux (Ubuntu)? What about Mac?

  • Phenomenal

  • I just received my DeathAdder 3500 in the mail today. It is easily the best feeling and best working mouse I've ever used. I've used the Steel Series WoW mouse, and before you say "Hurp durp WoW fag", WoW mouse or not, it was a very good mouse. I've also used the Logitech g5. Neither compare to the DeathAdder. I haven't dropped the steep $100 for the Xai, nor will I bother. Once you use a DeathAdder, you don't want to touch another mouse ever again.

  • Bowl cut.

  • 2:33 - I cried.

  • Wow im so cool, i had this mouse for around 4 months now and i did not even went to download the drivers.

  • Hey i have this mouse and i was wondering. Can i turn off the lights on this mouse ?

  • @goldatra3 Pay attention, he says you can, right up front, and shows you how

  • I lold are RUUR RUUR

  • MYY mouse

  • even your Grandpa would like to grab it? :D

  • love the nod at the start ;D

  • I'm a filthy razer whore, I have the deathadder, lycosa, goliathus mouse pad aaaaaaand the megalodons xD

Must say though their products are yet to disappoint me

  • So I'm thinkin about taking my Razer Imperator back for a DeathAdder, is that a good idea?

  • @randomtassk if you have a large soft black mousepad, absolutely. the deathadder performs best on soft black cloth a la the goliathus or similar.

  • Check mymouse out it looks better not to brag

  • lmfao too bad the death adder is a 3500dpi mouse noob.

  • @astro776 Have you seen the date the one did not have that much retarded noob.

  • is there a macro setting for this mouse?

  • for everyone this is the older deathadder that only had 1800, the new one has 3500

  • oO the deathadder is 3500 DPI dude !!!

  • @faddouda7 This is the very old one.

  • @faddouda7 deathadder respawn has got 3500 dpi...this is "classic" adder :D

  • Bowl-cut FTW.

  • My DeathAdder is 3500 DPI...

  • @hellonearth1066

It's a video from 2007. The current deathadders are 3500 DPI (basically razer took the old hull and refitted it with a better sensor and a better wire).

  • i wonder if its useful for RTS FPS and MMO?

  • wtf is a macro? Is it like a 2in1 clicker? Like if u press 1 time u click twice?

  • 6:57 Its not skill, its an AWP

  • If I want to use this mouse with a Macbook running boot camp, could I configure buttons for mac and windows? Would I have to get two driver discs?

  • can y mode those buttens in the left side to shift or alt ??? plz answer....

  • @TheGunit1515 i think it has some problem with it, i looked it up :P

  • hmmm how to set the macro button for my game short cut ?

they got limited option for the functions dont they ?

  • will the razer deathadder work on windows xp sp2???

  • Comment removed

  • Have you Had any problems with the mouse? Anyone had any problems???

  • @sponseredbyfender no this mouse is perfect with everglide titan it destroys EVERYTHING

  • hmm, i got the 3500 dpi version

  • LoL LoL look at the bellow comments trollin each other

  • Does Anyone experience High Lift OFF problem on their 3500 ?

  • @mspisz List of distance on the deathadder depends on the mousepad really. I use the goliathus and the qck+ with it and i get very low lit off distance, but not lower than something like say the mamba with 1mm Lift off dist.

  • Thumbs up if you spammed 2:51 with your razer deathadder

  • hold 1 while watching lol

  • deathadder one of the greatest mice ever. I bought mine 6 months ago and still love it. Never had that connection with my 518.

    RAZER FTW!!!!!

  • Loved the review; just one thing; it's not 1800dpi but 3500dpi according to Razer themselves: "3500dpi Razer Precision 3.5G infrared sensor"

  • @freezeGTA look at how old the video is....

  • @freezeGTA That's the Respawn - I just bought one. The ORIGINAL DeathAdder _was_ 1800...

  • @zarathustra2k1 its really a shame they stoped the 1800dpi one cause that infrared sensor was far superior than the 3500 we have now. It had alot of firmware updates that fit anyones preference (ones with drift control on or off, etc). It was just better overall imo.

  • @reaver34572 I don't disbelieve you, dude. I never drove the 1800 so cannot comment. I do like my 3500 either way. =]

  • @freezeGTA The original deathadder had a difference sensor which was a 1800dpi infrared sensor. This 3500dpi one we have now is a reboot.

  • bro how do u get to the advanced fuctions?

  • @shufflejoss download the software from razersupportDOTcom.

    HTH =]

  • I wish my mouse wheel made a RUH RUH sound :\

  • This? Or a R.A.T. 5?

  • @douhnutz This. I wouldn't buy anything made by MadKatz...

  • @douhnutz If you are aiming for hardcore gaming then i recommend the deathadder, its sensor is much better for hardcore gaming that the philips twin eye laser sensor of the R.A.T mice. The infrared sensor does not skip at all, and it doest stop tracking even on the fastest speeds while the philips twin eye laser sensor might have z-axis tracking problem and the laser gets confused if you move the mouse too fast or lift it off the mousepad just a bit, Also that laser is VERY picky with mousepads.

  • Phenomenously?

    Just saying.

  • I have a question, Does it matter what monitor you have to what tower you have?

  • @SirKazoo4 everythings different. Speed is key in towers along with gfx cards. Size and HDMI matter in monitors.

  • @DanTechTalk I mean like can only run a certain tower to a certain monitor for it to work?

  • @SirKazoo4 Oh i thought you were talking about in general. No i believe any tower/monitor will work for this. All you need is a usb port and the ability to instert a disc so you can set it up. Unless you have a computer in the stoneage then you will be able to use the Razer DeathAdder. If you go to their website you can find all the information and specifications about any product that they sell.

  • if you have a big hand you cannot grip the mouse without pressing the side buttons lol!

  • @mbsfaridi i have big hands and a deathadder and it fits perfect :S its a great mouse

  • i bought this mouse for playing starcraft 2 i wish i hadnt it was the worst decision i made my cheap microsft 600 dpi mouse is actually better believe it or not total waste of money dont believe the hype people

  • @stussyboys No your just an idiot. This mouse is for Fps games not for Rts games. Why would you buy a gaming mouse just to play rts games? thats just the dumbess thing to do, A gaming mouse will not benefit an rts player in anyway really. Thise mouse is great for its infrared sensor that tracks very well even in the fastest speeds which helps Fps players aim better, also it has 1000hz polling rate which means it sends packets really fast to support the fast reflexes of Fps players, etc.

  • @reaver34572 same logic applies to rts players u fuckin diumbass we need the same shit fps players need wow u are stupid

  • @stussyboys You idiot. Polling rate doesnt even matter in RTS games. It matters in Fps games cause the faster the mouse sends packets to the Usb ports the faster your bullets register to the enemy( but that also depends on ping/internet speed), also polling rate makes the mouse movement smoother and not choopy. And how would that matter in RTS games?, wer talking about split second reactions here, you dont need that in RTS games , even for macro, you dont.

  • @stussyboys Most of your binds are in the keyboards anyways. and ontop of that, your not really trying to accurately aim at something in split seconds, If your an Rts player who still needs to click on units to select or command them then you suck, thats why you bind your units/army to Buttons in the keyboard, Only time the mouse is really needed in RTS is for Macro, people who look around with the mouse, click on units to build or do something, they just suck cause its faster with the keyboard.

  • @stussyboys Point is. Its not the same, RTS players do not need the same shit FPS players need. Fps players need a very accurate/good tracking sensor, while for RTS gamers that kinda shit doesnt really matter cause as long as you can point and click its all good. Polling rate doesnt even matter in RTS games, its not like its gonna make your macros faster or anything, its important in Fps games because the bullet registration in fps games depends on how fast the mouse registers your clicks.

  • @stussyboys Ive been gaming since i was 5 years old , trust me , i know my shit. Your an RTS gamer thinking a gaming mouse will make any difference, sounds like your the fucking stupid one here. Ontop of that , the deathadder is a palm fucking grip mouse designd for aiming, if your a good RTS gamer youd be looking for a fucking CLAW GRIP mouse for better control dumbass.

  • @reaver34572 Day9 is a proffensional Starcraft 2 player, he uses this mouse.

  • @reaver34572 Day9 is a professional Starcraft 2 gamer and he uses one of these.

  • @reaver34572 exactly u just contradicted yoursefl on the one hand ur saying we rts gamers dont need a gaming mouse and then ur turning around and saying we need a claw grip gaming mouse which is it ?dumbass!!! and as for rts gamers not needing a agming mouse how come mots pro starcraft players u a razer abysuss you utter dumb fuck lol

  • @stussyboys I didnt say a "gaming" claw grip mouse now did i?, read more careful retard , any normal claw grip mouse would work. Because most pro starcraft players are fucking sponsored you idiot, they HAVE TO use the fucking equipment that their sponsors manufacture to advertise it, before pro gaming mouse wer around starcraft players wer fucking fine with their normal mice. Fact is a gaming mouse has almost no benefit to RTS gamers. Your arguments are fucking dumb.

  • @stussyboys Just because pro RTS players use fucking gaming mice doesnt mean its necessary for an RTS player to use them to be good at the game. Like i said in my ealier comment, its a sponsor thing, thats all there is to it, because before all these gaming mice wer around, these same people wer kicking ass in RTS games using normal microsoft mice and other crap that came out long time ago. Now stfu if you have no valid arguments

  • @reaver34572 wrong

  • OMG what was that song at the end??

  • 3:17 I thought he was gonna say suck my balls

  • @AdrrianTv Yep, mine didn't come with the disc either... I had to download the drivers from razer's website, which also includes the software to set up the buttons and sensitivity and everything. Also, get the firmware updater while you're there, but make sure you get the right one (first Deathadder was 1800 dpi, newer ones are 3500 dpi).

  • @AdrrianTv download it from the website
