I think it's because Ultraman went into Hyper mode (a Ultra super sayajin form. kind of like DBZ). It's something like with enough training an ultraman can go into a higher level. He'll start to glidder with light, which this is call Hyper Mode. He becomes almost indistructable. Like a Super Sayajin. Cool finishing clip and this is the first time i've seen Ultraman go into hyper mode. Cool man.
