I use Windows Movie Maker. Just keep adding titles and adjust the length!!

oh haha cool.
open up windows movie maker.
click on add audio (insert song)
drag it to the bottem where it says audio
click add tiles/credits and insert title,
go back to where you were in titles and click insert title before slide and text the lyrics
adjust the length of the video by clicking on the sides of the bars on the timeline below
