  • In the past I didn't know why Lipua Lipua music resembled that of Bella Bella. But now I know that lipua lipua took many musicians from Bella Bella to make a very good music like this

  • Nostalgia... How time has passed. Thanks for this blessed memory and by the way, I would appreciate wrere you to upload "DISTENGUE" from Lipua Lipua ? Thanks for sharing.

  • Kamale,the best ever,evokes sweet childhood memories.Thanks for sharing.

  • We called it "Le Grand Kamali". This music can never forgotten particularly just beging you youthful age sneaking through the window and going to Saturday night parties without your parents approval. sometimes we would preferred ten lashes from your old man than missing a party highlighted by such music.

  • Le grand Kamale. This is the music that I can never forget. It is the music that rocked our own generation. With the great voice sof Kilola and Nzaya Nzayadio, while Mombasa on guitar, memories continue to make my world whenever I listen to this music. However, can anyone make any music available for Orchestre Senza?

  • Eunice, for you wherever you are in UK, Remember LHS those good days,

  • This song was released in 1973, around the same time as Massamba. It was Nyboma Mwan Dido's first release with his Lipua Lipua.

  • Anyluck you might have "Kizengezenge" by Lipua Lipua. Thx!

  • reminds me of them long gone days of namis, nairobi show grounds.

  • @thuonjuguna You had to say it! Now I've got tears streaming down my face but I am happy. Good times...

  • What about the radio playing this song early in the morning when where were getting ready to go to school. Ah! What memories!!!!!

  • Thanks again bv, reminds me of my childhood in Nairobi in the 70's.

  • This is another cool one for matured minds. Too much noltagic. Tears rolling down my cheeks now ..I donot know why... I am over whelmed by thoughts how it was then.

I am faraway from home and this music brings to my mind now some old sweet memories. God Bless bughs ( this is how I like to call you).

I can see myself during my childish days playing football on the pitch with my childhood friends and singing this song and trying some dance moves as well.
