  • can you tell me the name of the song please ?

  • PowerEmpire.info

  • dude for the IS-7 only 3 were built and they were all prototypes

  • Nice!

  • The Tsar cannon was used by Chuck Norris as his side arm before revolver was invented :D

  • One question about the first aircraft covered, the TB-6 Heavy bomber, had a range of 620 miles...OK, but what is "Height of climb- 3410 miles"? Surely you are not saying it can fly at an altitude of 3410 miles? What exactly is "Height of climb" anyway?

  • @shoup2882 Turn annotations on. They fix incorrect numbers. Height of climb is an improper terminology. I meant the absolute ceiling.

  • @shoup2882 he probably ment the rate of climb

  • @shoup2882 If ypu didnt see he corrected it into metres

  • 3:55 NOW!! in every russian happymeal ;D

  • If i hear this song one more time.....

  • I once read that the Typhoon CLass had an exersize room in it even.

  • @TheMontanaDave Yes, there is not only a gym room, there is also a cinema room and even a real sauna and a swiming pool. Pretty comfortable submarine.

  • Nice vid man. Do you mind if I share this? btw what is the name of the first song?

  • @angeldust971 Requiem For a DReam

  • @angeldust971 Yep, feel free to share it. Music is Requiem for a dream.

  • IS-7 max speed is 50 km/h.

KV-2 is damn awesome, 152mm cannon. litteraly heavy tank arty.

Object 704, ISU-152 armed with a bl-10 is umm... "powerful."

  • @swordfish12roblox overplayed in WoT.

  • @TheKoolyambur What? the standard for KV-2 is the 152mm IS-7 max speed is 50 km/h as it says on some website i found, BL-10 was highly feared by the german panzerwaffe.

    WoT..?

  • @swordfish12roblox Convert to miles per hour.

  • @swordfish12roblox they were highly feared by the ML-20 artillery cannon, not BL-10.

  • @swordfish12roblox stop playing wot. bl-10 just tested on isu and 704 and test has been failed. base cannon on isu - historical cannon.

  • @jawsreaper Yes it was never used in action,

As my history books from 1956 say it was feared if it went out to be deployed succesfully,

And i need to check out WoT >_>

    Maybe my books incorrect?

  • you just need knowhow that all and when problem you start make: T-33 T-34 T25 KV-1 KV-2 PPSH PPD Mosin Simonov(57cal) Degteryv Katushas Yaks IL's like pancaks :-))))
  • It's amazing these things can fly.

  • The thing is you can build stuff too big, which is good for intimidation but really impractical in operation. Germany found that out with the Bismark. Germany stuck way too many eggs in one basket (man hrs., material, money), and it got put out of commission by a torpedo to the rudder. Needless to say, it was sunk not long after it's launch....

  • If they like big toys, it means that they have something very small

  • @menelich A person of 30-year old speaks about toys. There is definitely something wrong with you.

  • For a fighter pilot those big bombers would be a dream :P

  • I like how ended the video in an optimistic tone, hoping for a future a collaboration and mutual respect and understanding; that's the only way we're going to survive and prosper as a species, after all, we are all the same ;)

  • You should have added KV-2

  • 0:07 This bombard. Call it a gun properly. Similar size were distributed to bombard in Europe and Russia. She put on the carriage for decorative purposes. In evroppe bombard all melted and so they have not survived.

  • Looking forward to these in World of warplanes

  • The bigger they are...the harder they fall ;)

  • @sergerea In this case they are so huge that they have no need to fall.

  • lol IS-7 only 68t. German E-100 has 129t. :P

  • @John72777 Mouse was 180t :PP

  • @John72777 But one problem that they wasn't used

  • 3:08... i doubt the thing would actually have the power to takeoff with such a weaponload. btw 8x20mm ?! the guns look much bigger and there are more than 8!

  • Krauts liked big weopons... esp. artiliery. THANKS FOR THE UPLOAD!

  • guess they can't develop anything that would't be a propaganda machine or killing machine...

  • ...a FINE idea and a NICE - VERY interesting video!...

    PS.

..but why did You use the word "MONSTERS"?

  • But you for got the absolute cream of the crop. The Antanov 225 !!

  • I guess you would kill people with the bell?

  • voor ons was je er al van op hoogte de dag uren zyn lang p

  • @mollysangelique

Hey , don't know what it means , but I like that word......."hoogte"

  • @6400az Hoogte means altitude.

  • @BorshCaen

Ok , thanks. But from now on, instead of saying thank you, I'm gonna say..." Well hoogte very much".

  • Apparently Russia makes big things but rarely uses them. They have a giant Quran somewhere, i guess they wont be reading it which is a shame in my view.

  • @MrJimmpopov I hope the future will bring nothing but happiness, prosperity and success in all fields for Russia. May your Motherland continue to inspire.

  • @CavalierHorseman91 than god for that. if they used it you wouldnt want to be around

  • @extere Why not? If they read it and are enlightened by it, I would be glad to take them by the hand and call them "brother". Too much hate and misunderstanding in the world today.

  • Comment removed

  • @CavalierHorseman91 Well they actually use their defense department well... for defense not attacking!

  • @CavalierHorseman91 you're right!

  • @CavalierHorseman91 they wouldnt burn it which is what i'm concerner over :D

  • @CavalierHorseman91

well i think russia use BIG THINGS when Russian NEED them ;-))

  • and all these monsters are now sitting somewhere rusting

  • great video, I'l pubblish on my blog

  • @ArcanaIntellego Thank you! I really appreciate your interest in my video!

  • WWII should have taught us that bigger is definitely not better, especially in mud-bogged Russia where truckers today are running into the same problem Napoleon and Hitler did. Hey America, how come you never showed up in that arena? You'd have had more casualties in one afternoon than in the 10 years you've been fighting those desert niggers.

  • 2:18 that think was in Soviet skies 0_o

  • still lame

  • @lexxx666777 Actually, two delta hulls were combined along with one other pressure hull inside one large hull, so it is actually one big sub.

  • that tsar cannon scares the shit out of me

  • The only real Russian monster were Joseph Stalin himself...

  • @moOswe he wasnt russian he was georgian.

  • 2:57 is 'shopped of course.

  • Russians like big guns?

  • Can't hold a candle to Germany's inventions

  • I love how the Typhoon had a built in swimming pool. lol

  • typhoons where the deadliest...

  • um does the shark sub have any nuclear missiles capability?

  • @VAPOURIZE100 look at wiki. The Typhoon is their biggest SSBN, and each could fire 20 SS-N-20s (each with 6-10 warheads) from their dock all the way to the US.

  • @42Shadows damnn thts far ok shit they are beasts of the deep xD

  • just some russian crap on youtube this

  • What a monster-crap - especially that huge airplane at 3:08.... ;-)

  • What was the effective range of the first 'Tsar cannon'? I guess something about 4 meters?

  • @19boozebelly81 I guess about 100 meters since it used to case-shot. The Dardanelles Gun, casted in the 15th century, has been used by Turks to break a part of the Constantinople's wall. It took a one shot. The next time they used the Gun 300 years later against the British war ships. One shot killed 26 sailors. I doubt that the Tzar Cannon, casted in the 16th century, was weaker.

  • @BorshCaen Well thanks for the explanation :) I really didn't think that a cannon with such a diameter would shoot that far back in those days.

  • @BorshCaen No way Tzar Cannon can even shoot such big balls. It was designed for buckshot.

  • @TheMerravingem Have you heard of Muhammeds Great Gun? It was bigger than the Tsar Cannon, All these massive cannons were designed to bring down huge fortifications. Like City walls or Castle Walls. This cannon was effective and was capable of shooting up and and over 100m. Stop with your trolling, do some research and do not post your own understanding. Because it makes you look really stupid.

  • @TheMerravingem By the way the Muhhamed Great Gun fired 30 inch cannon balls. To reload it, they would need to unscrew it into to parts. Load the canon ball in and then screw it back together. The cannon was too heavy to have it constantly rearrange just to roll the cannon ball in, It would put too much pressure on the support. I believe that the Tsar Cannon was a perfect weapon. It was designed for sieges and it worked.

  • @BorshCaen Tsar Cannon never fired, real Russian: huge and useless ;)

  • @viforeb russian chips are the biggest in the world!!!

  • It was designed to scare , but not for shooting.

  • If the IS-7 had been developed earlier, lets say WW2, then it would've eaten Tiger II's for breakfast.

  • @Beardactal nom nom nom

  • @Beardactal Yeah, a few hundred of those would slice right through the nazi forces. But it's all a fantasy.

  • The tsar cannon have never shot one of those balls - if it did it would explode with the thin barrel. It was only build with the purpose of beeing a symbol of power. I was there and thats what the guide told us

  • @flemmong Thin? Errr... Probably you were inattentively listening to the guide . The barrel wall thickness is about 15 cm or 5.9 inches. At least it's visibly. The Tzar Cannon was exactly invented to defend the Kremlin.

  • @BorshCaen

He didn't mean "thin in general". It's too thin to withstand the amount of force required to send a ball that size out the barrel. It's obvious it would blow itself apart before it could send those massive balls at a range worth a military application.

Flemmong is correct. This cannon existed to impress the people it was supposed to protect, it's theater, pure wow. The only artillery men that would choose to operate it would be suicidal.

  • @TheJediCharles The Tzar Cannon was designed not for shooting balls. It supposed been used to case-shot. Balls for the cannon were made only in the 19th century while the cannon itself was made in the 16th century. So there is no reason why the barrel could not withstand a shot.

Turks used to The Dardanelles gun сasted in the 15th century and it didn't blow itself apart.

  • @BorshCaen

We didn't say it could not withstand being shot at all. It would not have been able to effectively fire those massive balls so prominently displayed along side with the blatant suggestion they are a matching set.

But, I suppose the Russian's propensity towards "monstrous things" includes monstrous whoppers too.

  • @TheJediCharles lol. Big things can do a big doings.

The Tzar Cannon just looks better with those cannonballs. It would be looking less presentable with a pile of case-shot next to itself.

  • @BorshCaen

Of course the false balls are put there for effect. But truth in presentation is hardly a dismissible informality. To have so much disregard for the impressions left in the minds of everyone walking away from having viewed this, frankly it reveals contempt for truth in the masses.

    "Presentability" be damned.

Besides, why stop with false balls? Why not put a nuke canister along side it? A few imitation Sputniks? After all, it's just for presentation.

  • @TheJediCharles Hey, don't be a grumbling old man! lol Have no idea why balls! Maybe because in the 19th century cannons were firing with balls? It is logical enough. Isn't it? By the way, balls are real. They made of pig iron.

  • @BorshCaen

Interest in historical accuracy makes not one a grumpy old man. Maybe defending the bastardization of history does.

  • @TheJediCharles Very true. At least you can... Take a look by yourself.

    watch?v=GlKL_EpnSp8

  • @TheJediCharles Thanks for cutting it out - some people claim that it could be used for scrapnel shots. However this is pure specualtion and anyone sitting at their computer can guess. The guide at the Kremlin museum is clearly the best souce here.

  • @flemmong

Reading Wiki's page dedicated to it is hardly "guessing".

  • @BorshCaen Thats still not enough to withstand the power in this caliber gun. But some people claim that it could shoot scrapnel shots - that is maybe plausible. But cannonballs clearly no chance to put in a powder-load to shoot it more than max 5 meters or so. But the guide was trained in the history of the gun by the Kremlin museum itself.

  • @flemmong Did you read comments? That's what we were talking about! The Tzar Cannon used to case-shot or as you said - shrapnel. In fact, the cannon is called the Russian shotgun. Dunno why the guide didn't tell you such a well-known info.

  • It was build to fire huge load of caseshot. Cannon balls were made much later. But you are right - this cannon has never fired in its life.

  • @flemmong it shouldn't shoot one of those balls. it used shrapnel

  • What kind of weapon is the Tsar bell? :P

  • @Peacekeeper118

this video is not about weapons. it's about big stuff.

  • 3:01 are those naval guns? o.o

  • @power4487 It's just pictures. Real photos are the 1st and the 4th.

  • Doood. The Typhoon hasn't operated for a long time. The Typhoon was a majestic sub, but it's been long gone. Look towards Delta 4's and such. You can get this information from Jane's.

  • @rvndmnmt1 no, not at all... 2 (TWO) are fully operational with Bulava, and one (1) is undergoing modernization...

  • What's the art at 6:20 I like it! would appreciate knowing, might check out the artist!

  • Leave it to the Russians to make gigantic stuff.

  • You forgot one more. The stuff that they have in the pants xD

  • K 7 looks like a flying ball room :D

  • that tanks are nothing for tiger tiger 2 and jagdtiger .. all toys russia tanks..

  • Gee, i dont think they have a big enough cannon...

  • Wow, k-7! What is this?? A spaceship??!!! O_o

  • I believe the designer of the K-7, after it crashed of course, was executed for "Crimes against the State" The government actually believed he designed the plane to kill his own people.

  • I used to think A C-130 jets were deadly gunships, and then I saw the K-7...

  • @ComradeOfHouse Too bad C-130's aren't jets..

  • i hate fucking commies, but got to admit they had some wicked ideas :DDD

  • Good God the Joseph Stalin... that thing was a real nutshell and hard to crack...

  • oh those russians

  • holy crap, Ivan was real paranoid eh xD

  • Pardon me if I am mistaken, but methoughts that ShVAK cannons were 23mm, not 12.7mm in calibre.

  • Russia has always suffer from inferiority complex..

  • @SharQus from the complex of misunderstanding

  • the k-7 would have never worked

  • I'll say more. K-7 even made ten flights.

  • @BorshCaen at least it went in use... cause if it didn't, it would be a waste...
