Yo nice suit man...i made a mastercheif suit that has a real fitting helmet and popout lights that pop out the side when i push them down and its the whole suit with almost all design features and all that.i also have a magnet on the back of the suit and made halo weapons that actully work ussing expensive airsoft guns i only have the sniper and battlerifle though. it cost me 600 dollars to make the suit with alot of awesome working interactive parts and 500 dollars to make the guns and items...

And pepakura seemed really easy, it takes time to finish, but it's straight forward. I'm sorry if I offended you because you may be using pepakura, and you are really proud of your project. Thanks. Well it helps to have reference pictures around from all angles when you're scratch building. Just basically take the shapes from each side, don't think of it as one object yet at the same time visualize how everything is going to come together. I just cut out the pieces one by one as I drew them out. Afterward just fit them together, and is neccessary make a few trims or cuts to make everything symmetrical. Anything else, just ask.
