actually I just watched him tonight at my church and he's gone to competitions like that with strong men and won every one. he's got the strongest hands in America and the 3rd strongest hands in the world. as you bend the metal, it heats up. That's why he has the leather pads. A good example of this is to take a piece of wire and bend it a few times, then touch where you bent it.
