I was wondering if you knew any information about braces and what to do about swollen gums. It almost seems like either the gums are growing over the teeth in some areas. in other areas it looks like the gums are fading away. any advice
LOOK take it from me.. DONT I MEAN DONT let the dentist DIG THEM OUT, wait till they are showing at the gums, my teen had hers DUG OUT from the bottom at age 19 it was so painful it was not simple pulling it was SURGERY DIGGING HUGE HOLES LEFT DONT DO IT till you feel or see them on the surface, you have been warned!!!
I would definately recommend the 17 day diet you can buy the book and stuff at like joseph beth or amazon or something i lost 15 lbs in 17 days (its a pretty strict diet though :/ i wanted some chips!! :P its effective though) just fyi they didnt pay me to say that
ahhh im gettin my cavity filled today im reallly nervous buttt i guess ill just have to find out if it hurts or not.... :/
@asoastig: I didn't even wait, I just covered it with cotton and puffed away. Probably isn't a good idea, but neither is drinking 40s the night before.
i think it's wonderful that you're including God in your diet because with God all things are possible! God bless and i hope you do well with your diet :)
@asoastig Depending on how you have healed so far theres no way to tell unless the doctor takes a look. There is always a post op appointment where the Dentist will give you the go ahead if its ok! Sorry for the late response.
I haven't been to a dentist in 12 years until 2 weeks ago because I'm getting braces and I was amazed that after 12 years I'm cavity free!! I only needed a prophylaxis and that is it.
Not every office does post op's for free. and your mouth doesn't hurt because it's closed for a long time, it's sore because with any extraction the muscles are disturbed and slightly cut.
Good for you girl! The Lord works in mysterious ways. Relying on Him is totally the way to go. Getting my wisdom teeth pulled tomorrow, really nervous! But I will be praying and reading the word to help me get through my recovery :)
i just had two teeth taken out on the top on my right side and OMFG it was every bit as bad as I thought it would be. She froze it three times and I was still hyperventilating throughout the procedure. I even screamed a couple times. LOL she said before the next two I have to go see a dr to get something prescribed to calm me down or she won't do it. LMAO
i just had 4 wisdom teeth removed and a baby incisor (my adult tooth is sideways under the gum)
all of my wisdom teeeth were horizontal and deep in the jaw, so it was a rather difficult extraction. i opted for general anasthetic because i hav a terrible gag reflex.
Just a little advice for people, i found a drink called ALOE VERA and lord behold i has aloe vera plant pulp in it. This drink is great for healing the mouth, the aloe works wonders.
if you want to lose weight, read kevin trudeaus "Weight Loss Cure They Dont Want You To Know About" I guarantee if you want to lose "fat" not weight this will tell you how to do it and it works. loseing "weight" isnt your goal, the last thing you want to do is lose muscle mass, water weight, or structural fat. you want to lose unwanted fat deposits like the belly butt thighs back of arms etc and this will rid you of those areas first and foremost. read the book its amazing
I am also leery about dry pockets! 8O I have a dec 2 wisdom teeth extraction consult for, count 'em, *5* teeth! This includes 2 on my bottom right (previously growing TOWARD EACH OTHER under my gum) that have now (painfully!) cut through my gumline, wreaking havoc on my cheek and gums! meanwhile, my top and bottom left ones, while not painful, disrupt any "normal" chewing, resulting collectively in an uncomfortable eating experience!
Either way the more schooling, the better and more specialized! Of course experience has a lot to do with it too! I did end up working for a great dentist and am thankful for the wisdom he shared with me!
@meagenmeyer Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons are the most experienced and trained in the act of Teeth or wisdom teeth extractions if you want the least pain go to one this is their job not general dentists or anyone else all teeth extractions should be done by OMS's
I came across your video doing a search on dry socket (I have dry socket and it sucks). Just wanted to say good luck with the weight loss. You're very attractive by the way :)
Thanks... and ya I heard it is soooo painful! Sorry you have it! I pray people get from this video what God would want them to! Im praying you have healing in that area of your mouth soon and that you see his glory through this struggle! AMEN
Interesting question but I will be totally honest... I have had numerous cavities throughout my growing up and had them filled with silver fillings before I went to DA school and worked in the office! I now have about 9 crowns due to the silver cracking and leaking so I have had my fair share! They are not fun but if you want to keep from having them there are lots of ways to prevent them! I believe I spoke about that in a previous video! God Bless
Gold will last longer and are stronger but all ceramic look more like a tooth... obviously! People care more sometimes about the look, even though you cant see it in your smile! As for your second question, I believe I give a better description of why silver are worse in my first video! God Bless

I'm getting mine removed in a few days. To the people that experienced getting theirs removed, does the procedure hurts or after when it's done?
