that is a waste of time,a great way that needs no downloading is copy a picture to ms paint, make the picture 1/6 of the size it is and make it big and make it 1/2 of the size and make it the same size it was before. then u can trace over and see how it looks. ill upload the pic of my sister after i finish trace. although u cant do that with video

export your footage from photoshop as a filmstrip, edit it in Photoshop and re import it to after effects.

its something like andykufman said..

first export your video as .flm then import it to Photoshop then

1. find edges

2. black+white

3. brightness/contrast

4. levels

import to after effects...voila!

also with this technique you can apply a bunch of photochop filters to your video.. cheers
