  • HI, What a wonderful display of the skills of the rescue services. The R.N.L.I has been in service since 1824 in the u.k.and Eire.There are 225 lifeboat stations, they rescue over 6000 people per year, they are manned by highly trained ,largely volunteer crews and every penny required to maintain the lifeboat service is raised from voluntary contributions.
