I think it comes down to will power and a lot of women are comfortable with being messed up. It is expected for a man to want better for himself for some reason, to desire to be in a better mental space. Why is that? It's socially acceptable for emotionally/physiologically messed up women to be together, but men always suppose to want to ascribe for better and to be better. It is interesting, I have to reflect on it.
