question...when the note is sold or given to another investor. does the buyer start over on the payments???

i live in hollywood california how would i find a seller whos lending money to a buye.r here everybody gets financed if not your out of luck very hard to find a seller putting himself at risk like that. correct if im wrong im basically lying to SMI about the money they can actually make and subtracting my profit from it? please help !!!! and does smi work with california?

The most important thing is to take action and DO something. No doubt you will learn to make more as time gos on and your experience grows, but getting your feet wet and earning $2,000 is not a bad thing!

But how does the note broker know he or she is not duped into taking a small commission fee?

The example states $72 K being offered to the note holder and it would leave the broker to take a mere $2K. The question is will these real life scenarios play like this in regards to the broker not knowing if he could of have received more of the commission?
