I don't know the history of this, but I like it. Freddy was always messing around in the studio so it's hard to say when this was made.

There's conflicting reports of when this was recorded, I've heard some say it was an early take before they got the one that they liked and ended up using for the album, and some say that it's a retake from 1975. The latter seems to fit, as it sounds more like the way they performed it live around the mid 70s. Hm, anyone got any knowledge in this?

The cover shown on the single "QUEEN Keep Yourself alive" is the same as the album cover of QUEEN at the BBC. The picture was taken in Freddy's flat in was it kings road or something like that? God I really miss them especially Freddy!

in the lyrics given inside the album "Queen" there is no names credited to each song, its funny really, at the back end of queens reign they said that they would now not credit the writer of the song but just credit it to queen, funny how things go full circle.

I love this version pretty much the 12th track in my "Queen" CD I have it in "Hollywood Records" sell print. Has Misfire and Liar Remixed, this up there included. I'm an addict to flanger and horse ride thanks to "Keep Yourself" I always with friends shake heads with horse ride xD :D.
